The property is so well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect if you’re in the city. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Julia, Sher, Mike & Barbie just to name a few, are very kind and super helpful. Will definitely visit again. We had and enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Our stay here was amazing! The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the pool, very clean, with a nice bathroom. The lovely concierge was very helpful and kind (shoutout to the local bakery for the yummy welcome loaf of coconut bread). The transport and driver to and from the hotel was very nice. The landscaping is beautiful (the groundskeeper was very nice as well). The area felt safe and was close to a cute cafe, a couple restaurants, and the park by the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. I will bring my husband and take advantage of the spa! Names escape me, but I thank everyone with this establishment for making our trip to Belize City that much more pleasant! Much appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Palms! Rooms were spacious and clean. All the appliances were new and up to date, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Very comfortable and clean for an overnight stay before flying out in the morning. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My children had a great time at the pool.

Stopover while waiting to come back from 2 week family trip in Belize. Not much to do in Belize City itself, but excellent hotel to wait to comeback for a few days.

Staff was waiting at the front to welcome us, they allowed us to check-in early with no issue. The rooms are lovely and well stocked. The pool and pool area are wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The check-in process was quick and easy. Julia at Reception was so kind and helpful. This is my new favorite hotel in Belize. I will keep coming here and recommending it to friends and family.

We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again.

The property felt more like being in a very nice Airbnb than a hotel. I reserved 2 double rooms which came with 3 beds each. A master suite with a kitchenette and very large bathroom and sitting are. Also a very nice patio area to enjoy the view of the pool. The property is in a residential area so you will hear the occasional dog barking. It was our families first time in Belize and we were blown away with how nice the property is. My recommendation to the property manager is to update the pictures. They truly do not do the place justice on how spacious and nice the room were.

Ms Shareda is amazing! Everyone is nice, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very cozy, and gives air b-n-b vibes. Very clean! There is a cute coffee shop walking distance from this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms, super quaint. Water pressure could be better. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. We received a warm welcome with a hand written card and a delicious coconut bread. The staff was nice and very helpful. We booked the deluxe suites/adjacent rooms to accommodate three adults and four kids (12, 10, 4 and 1). The rooms have everything one could ask for. They are very spacious, feel luxurious, the design is modern, the bathrooms are nicely tiled and the shower is hot (which we've not had at other places we've stayed at during our visit to Belize). The pool and hangout area around it was super nice as well and everybody got to enjoy it. We didn't use the gym, but that too looked really since it overlooks the pool area as well. We felt safe the entire time we were there and would definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location offers a quick walk to bakeD cafe for yummy breakfast and lunch and the Twin supermarket is around the corner for the rest of your needs. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and parking was avaliable. I highly recommend The Palms for your stay in Belize City.
