The FOH and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, our room was not ready at 2pm and when we finally checked in at 4pm the bathroom was dirty (the room itself was fine and big). We had to ask the housekeeping to do the bathroom, and while cleaning, they did not replace an empty loo roll. The reason we booked it was its proximity to the airport and it served that purpose. The staff were doing their best in the circumstances, with big groups of unruly tourists arriving by bus.
