入口がわかりにくく、エレベーターの構造にもビックリしたが、スタッフの対応はとても素晴らしく、気持ちよく滞在させてもらいました。

Room was adequate and clean, staff very helpful. Only problem the airport shuttle is apparently only for a four night stay.

Hôtel bruyant

The hotel is in downtown Cairo, I believe. You enter through what looks like a street full of shops, then you’ll see a building with several small boutique hotels inside and that’s where this one is. Once inside, it’s quiet and very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful and extremely friendly! They do offer transportation to the airport for $15 one way! It’s definitely a busy area, but the hotel itself is peaceful.

Attentive staff

The hotel is crammed in a very little space and the don't have dining area. They bring two loaves of bread and Jam to the room.

Wonderful service, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable! Dima at the front desk was fantastic. Thank you!

Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais sans plus rien d’exceptionnel

Everyone was very courteous and kind during our stay. The in room breakfast was nice and always can very quickly. They offered a shuttle service from the airport. Shuttle is a loose word, it was just a guy in an old car. For the price, Uber is much more affordable. Upon arrival we had no towels, when we asked for some they came quickly but were still wet from the cleaning process. The sheets were also dirty and many hairs were found in the bed. The bathroom sink leaked so we had to manually turn it on at the wall to use it. The shower flooded every use, so we ended up standing in 3 inches of dirty water. The shower also only has enough hot water for 2 quick showers, our third person ended up with freezing cold showers daily.

ホテルは、ビルの4階フロアにある。空港送迎サービスがあるため選んだ。サービスは良く、観光を相談したところ、複数のツアー案を提案してくれた。周辺はカイロ中心部にしては比較的静かだと思う。客室は清潔で広い。夕方に1時間ほど断水があったが、ダウンタウンでは普通のことらしい。

Das Hotel lag zentral in der Stadt und war sauber. Leider war das Personal teilweise sehr laut, vermutlich weil mein Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Küche lag. Ich konnte alles hören, worüber sie gesprochen haben. Ansonsten war das Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

空港のピックアップを頼んでいて、空港でずっと待っていましたが、来ませんでした。仕方なくタクシーで向かったら、遅いので帰ったとのことでした。連絡も取れず、かなり困りました。 また、3泊しましたが、1日目は部屋にお水がありました。2日目はなかったので、要望して出してもらいました。３日目もなく、要望したら、無料なのは1日目だけと言われ、お金を払わされました。2日目も無料でしたが、その説明はありませんでした。スタッフによって、対応が違い、その場で現金を要求する人がいました。

Very clean

Rummen var bra, Läget helt ok, Hissen fungerade ej ibland. Receptionen var ej mötesgående. Man fick en pappersrulle åtgången.

The room was super good. Great service from Dima, she helped me around the city and direction! Very decent place, definitely recommended.

On a quiet street which is something in Cairo. Helpful staff and nice breakfast in the room. Seems new. In an area you can walk around in. Not sure about the sound prof walls though.
