Excelente estancia

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to give recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The room was comfortable with nice bedding comfortable mattress and well working WiFi and air conditioning. You could also see the lagoon from our balcony and from the roof. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. They were in the process of expanding ( adding a restaurant/ bar and additional rooms. There was no noise from the construction while we were there for 3 nights.

Habitación limpia y espaciosa

There was an overwhelming sewer smell that eliminated any chance of enjoying our room. We could barely breathe the entire time we were in our room. We couldn’t wait to leave. So glad we only booked one night. Location was also horrible, on the far north end of town. Too far to walk to anything of interest, including access to the water.

Personnel très gentil et lieu tres mignon. Chambre double sont un peu restreinte en taille pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, sinon tout s’est bien passé

War alles in Ordnung

Ett väldigt trevligt, litet mysigt och praktiskt hotell, enda problemet är att det ligger lite utanför själva staden

We stayed for one night, everything was clean. AC worked just fine, the only thing was the water in the shower it never came out hot just somewhat warm. Overall a safe and quiet stay

The beds need a little upgrade

La habitación y en general hotel huele mucho a humedad y los moscos nos picaron solo del coche a la habitación, falta un cesto en la habitación. Esta súper oculto

muy bonita las instalaciones, me hubiera gustado que estuviera mas señalizaciones para llegar mas fácil al hotel

Me dijeron que las obras de al lado empezaban a las 7.30 de la mañana, que la piscina era muy pequeña y daba directamente a las habitaciones de abajo, por lo que no era muy buena, y que la vista desde su ventana daba directamente a una valla y a la casa de los vecinos. Tuvieron un problema con el agua que se solucionó y después tuvimos que volver a abrir la bomba ayer sobre las 11 de la noche y volvimos a preguntar al hotel por qué no tenían agua. Se quejaron de que tampoco había secador y de que la ruta para llegar era un camino de tierra con muchas piedras.

Muy serviciales pero sin la capacidad de atender a mas personas No tienen terminal bancaria por lo que solo puedes pagar en efectivo o transferencia La entrada es feita. Mi carro sufrio .... Pero ya adentro del lugar esta bien

El lugar es muy bueno pero está retirado del centro de bacalar
