¡Nos encantó! Mi niña y yo pasamos unos días muy agusto en este hotel. La alberca es grande y poco profunda, hay camastros, hamacas y una palapa que la verdad hacen la estancia aún más placentera. Está a unos pasos de la estación del ferry así que fue super fácil llegar. También es fácil llegar al centro y a la playa cambiando, no tuvimos necesidad de tomar taxis, lo cual te ahorra mucho dinero. Las chicas de recepción siempre fueron muy amables y nos explicaron todo sobre los tours. La habitación está lo suficientemente espaciosa, con un baño y regadera lindos y aire acondicionado. Cada una tiene su propio Wi-Fi y a parte en el área de palapas también hay red. Nunca tuvimos problema de conexión. En el día no nos salía agua caliente en la regadera (pero con el calor la verdad ni hace falta), por la noche sí había agua caliente. Desconozco por qué pasaba esto, pero no afectó para nada nuestra estancia. Me hubiera encantado que tuviera un frigobar, pero eso es lo único. La verdad nos encantó. Cuando volvamos a Holbox, sin duda nos quedaremos allí de nuevo.

Esta bien ubicado no tienes que caminar mucho para llegar al hotel eso es excelente, muy atentos y esta muy cerca del centro de holbox , y la alberca es un gran plus

The place was ok, cleaning staff was amazing and friendly. But, the wifi never worked once the whole trip after multiple times asking to have it looked at. The resort is on the main road off the port and is super loud, starting very early.

Habitación primera noche no funcionaba la tv tardaron mucho tiempo y solo era cambiar el control. La limpieza el primer día tardo en hacerce. Lo bueno fue la atención del personal

Beliggenheten var perfekt for oss, nærme fergen og den lå i enden av hovedgaten. Der er det mye roligere på kveldene.

Nice little hotel but a little to far from the main strip.

Service is terrible. We had several nights and had to change rooms. The hotel instead of swapping us when the room was ready, made us check out, wait 4 hours and then check back in again. Instead of letting us stay in the room until the other was ready, or getting the other ready first? We stayed for a week and that was the treatment we received. In addition, the front desk lady sold us a tour for a certain hour then said it was an hour later than originally stated which was a time that didn’t work for us. We requested a refund, or a change for the following day and she said that wasn’t an option. The stated the only option was to swap for a different tour… one that was substantially more expensive. Thanks! Oh, and it was blatantly obvious that she was taking a cut for her own pocket from the tour company. As for the rooms, they’re very crammed, no towels were in the room Int’l we requested, only one pillow per bed and there was an empty tube of lubricant on the bed when we arrived-yuck! Great location if you want to be in the action (very very loud).

This hotel is dated and needs an update. Air conditioning unit leaked, was undersized for the space, and made the room so humid it was barely usable. Water pressure is so poor toilet would take hours to fill. But mainly, the wifi was so poor as to be unusable. Manager brought me my own router, which was nice, but it was a SIM-card based router, leading to the biggest issue: you can barely get cell service on the hotel grounds. This means you are essentially in a zone where your cell phone and data cannot work. So if you want to come here to unplug ENTIRELY, this is a great option.

The hotel is located very close to the ferry but on the opposite side of the island to where the beach is. This can be good and bad depending whether you want peace and quiet or party. The lively side is however only 10-15 minutes walk away or there are plenty of taxis to catch by the ferry area (be careful not to get overcharged as we got different quotes each time!). The resort is pretty cute with a reasonable sized swimming pool. The room was not worth what we paid, there was no toilet tissue and the floors in the bedroom were not cleaned sufficiently. Also no daily cleaning of the room or enough foot towels to dry off feet before entering making the floor even dirtier. Overall the island is pretty overpriced for hotels but with some small adjustments to cleanliness and details for comfort this hotel could be improved. The man working evenings in the reception was helpful

Tout d’abord l’hôtel est très bien placé près du débarcadère et à l’angle de l’artère principale de l’île. A l’arrivée j’ai eu un accueil à la fois chaleureux et amical. Je me suis senti tout de suite bien. C’est un petit hôtel. Les équipes sont aux petits soins. Tout est pratique et agréable pour les yeux. Seul petit bémol ma clim avait du mal à refroidir correctement.

Nos gusto la ubicación y la alberca, pero la limpieza deja mucho de decir porque nos salió una cucaracha muy grande.

Se veia mejor en las fotos, las camas no eran muy comodas pero para una estadia corta es aceptable salian cucarachas del lavamanos
