Mi reserva nunca llegó al hotel. Llegué al hotel a hacer el chequeo de ingreso y la persona en el counter me indica que mi reserva nunca se hizo hacia el hotel, que solo se quedó en la plataforma y que nunca fue transmitida al hotel. Le pedí una habitación y me indicó que estaban llenos y que no tenían nada. Me dejaron con mi hija en Guayaquil sin habitación. Terrible, en ese momento tratar de ubicar un nuevo hotel y con la inseguridad que hay en Guayaquil de coger cualquier taxi con el riesgo que le pase algo a mi hija o a mi!!!!

Me gustaron las habitaciones, el servicio es bueno y el área es segura, y te ofrecen servicio de taxi seguro, lo único que no me gustó fue que no tenían servicio de comida disponible en el hotel.

Staff was excellent, I believe her name was Melissa. Room had everything I needed, and was comfortable. Shower was very good!

Horrible place. Non stop music from next door entire night and you could hear everything. Sheets and towel are so old! I stayed here for transit time between my flights and I left as soon as I could. Prefered to wait in the airport than staying in this noisy inconvenient hotel

I really liked how hospitable the staff was. My only recommendation is to make sure the shower has water coming out better. That was my only complaint. All else was great.
