​WARNING: Avoid this property. Our experience was fraudulent and unacceptable. We booked an apartment through Expedia and were initially sent to a non-existent address. The host then provided a different address, claiming they had multiple properties. Upon arrival at the second location, the apartment was completely different from what was advertised on Expedia and unsuitable for our stay. We immediately left and did not stay at the property. ​ The host then falsely informed Expedia that we did stay, attempting to prevent a refund. It took significant effort and providing detailed evidence (including the host's own messages, which they later deleted) to finally receive our refund through Expedia. This host engaged in clear misrepresentation and dishonesty. Do not trust this listing.

Is good place to stay

I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment at the Marken suites. I had booked a 1 bedroom and was somewhat surprised when the owner chased me to pay $13 dollars to upgrade even though my husband was seriously ill in hospital. How we the quality of the apartment was so good I didn’t mind. However after about 4 the owner then wanted us to move apartments to a single bedroom and adding to this upheaval was the fact that the single bedroom apartment was severely under quality of the 2.bedroom. So my advice would be ensure you get the 2 bedroom apartment and done move! Great location for food and shopping. Would definitely recommend the 2 bedroom!

We were moved during our stay even though my husband was just out of hospital. the apartment was dirty, the bad was hard as the road. it looks nothing like the picture. Very shabby and grubby.
