From The reception to the check out, the customer service was amazing. The room was well presented. Amazing amenities in the room. Hot water. Wash clothes. Excellent linen -and a fabulous city view.

Great location. Clean and modern room. Included breakfast at the restaurant next store was very good and there were multiple options.

For a new build there's lots wrong here. The building is noisy, as is the area . The building is still under construction and there's only one elevator for 12 floors. There's usually a long wait for elevators. Hot water was hit and miss, 3 showers two cold. Checking in I was asked to pay for insurance, in 6 year's with hundreds of hotel's this is the second time I was asked to pay insurance to stay. They said it wasn't much, my answer is why charge?, Make it part of the visual charges. The room was smallish and although new there's signs of wear and tear. Everything is concrete for the most part. The bed and sheets were nice. Many street noises and interior noises between the floors. An annoying ceiling safety light which strobed with flashes. The entry has a steep slope to enter and wasn't meant for seniors, it's a safety hazard. Add in construction materials left at the base one day which I didn't see and nearly tripped over. A lawsuit waiting to happen in many countries. The breakfast has improved with more choices but the open air restaurant is so loud you can barely hear others speaking. There's also road construction beside the restaurant. This was my second and last try here, this hotel needs better front desk staff. The first time here I was going to extend my stay and they couldn't coordinate a move that didn't require me to move out entirely and wait for a new check-in time, so low budget an experience. This is not a 9+ place to stay

Todo acorde con lo que esperaba, moderno, excelente ubicación.

No guests allowed policy. I found the bed mattress uncomfortable, but if you like firm mattresses then you might like it. I checked out after 1 day. My biggest issue is that Expedia says they can't get in contact with the property to issue me a refund for the days I didn't stay. That is a problem.

Excelente propiedad. Son súper atentos, y se encuentra en un lugar muy bello y céntrico. Estamos listos para regresar.

It is a great property and great area near restaurants, the room was amazing. Looking forward to visit again after rooftop is finished. I left my car key at the room by mistake, just waiting for staff to contact me and hopefully get it back

We had a nice room on a higher floor with excellent view. Comfortable bed and aircondition. Only downside was that the room was neither sound nor light proof.

Safe location. Beds super comfortables. Good price. Lots of options to eat (restaurants) in the same block. Rooms are small in the top section. Look very close when you order the breakfast since it is served by a Thailand restaurant.

The hotel room was good. The pillows were a bit hard for me. Staff were friendly and cleaned well. The minibar was well stocked. The TV was much better than in cheaper hotels. Based on room and service, I’d stay again—except the lift didn’t work one night, so I had to walk up six floors. However, the breakfast setup would make me reconsider. You must fill out paperwork daily and hand it in quickly, as food is made first-come, first-served. If your paperwork isn’t picked up right away, you wait longer—an unnecessary hassle on vacation. Breakfast offers one drink from three options and eight food choices, always the same. Service is slow; one day we waited over an hour, which is simply unacceptable. Last year, I stayed at a cheaper hotel with slightly lower room quality, but they had a daily buffet: fresh coffee, two type of fresh juice jars, 4 to 5 fresh fruits, several egg dishes, and other foods. Choices changed daily, likely based on what was available, which seemed less stressful for staff. Maybe my expectations are shaped by last year’s hotel, where the buffet let you start your day immediately and always fresh fruit.

Gran lugar, comodo y con buen internet. Hubo problemas con el elevador un par de dias que estuve ahi pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente

No me gusto la regadera del baño se tira mucho el agua a donde vas a pisar cuando salgas de bañarte porque no tiene cortina ni puerta se tira mucha agua y es peligroso te puedes caer de echo por eso el hotel te cobra un seguro cuando llegas ahi ellos estan convencidos de que alguien se va a caer cuando salga de bañarse y el desayuno que va incluido con el hospedaje es muy limitado muy eustero se escucha muy bien leer cuando lo escojes esta ahi apuntado lo que van a dar pero nada mas esta apuntado pero no te lo dan lo mejor sera que busques un restaurant donde desayunar se sentiras menos defraudado solo una ocasión fui a desayunar de los 7 dias que estuve ahiy al ver el trato y lo que me dieron mejor busqué dónde desayunar por mi cuenta sera lo mejor no me gusto mucho el hotel tuve que pagar extra por otra habitación mas grande la que supuestamente contrate era muy pequeña y no me gusto en la información decia que eran 258 pies cuadrados pero eso no eran 258 pies eran mucho menos ni siquiera tenia donde colgar ropa no tenia nada me pedi una mas grande obviamente con pago extra de por medio la verdad no me gusto el hotel no regresaria al hotel tampoco lo recomiendo
