The Room was Spotless ... Incredible Service, Warm, Kind, Helpful Staff! They will go the EXTRA mile for You!!! I did not arrive via the airport. I arrived via a VIP bus from Accra, and the staff made sure I was completely comfortable. They messaged Me along my journey and they STILL picked me up from the Bus terminal. Even the little things ... I left my fingernail clippers back in the States, and a member of the staff Literally went and bought me some fingernail clippers one morning! It may seem minor - But Trust Me Its the little things like that that mean A TON to a foreigner on his 1st trip to Kumasi! A Real pleasure to Stay at the Labev, I will definitely stay there again and I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to the Kumasi area, especially if its Your first time. They even arranged Forex exchange for me, they helped me get a Bolt driver for rides, etc. I mean truly A1 Service ... Above and Beyond the call of duty! And EVERYONE is Nice and Genuinely wants You to enjoy your time. Food is Great ... Wonderful Place and has a Warm almost Family like VIBE ... Fantastic Hotel top to bottom. HOT Showers, Strong Internet, the works! I Thank Everyone at Labev - You represent Kumasi, Ghana and Africa in an Amazing way!

I did lived here for 2 weeks and I did like it , the customer service were amazing, Erick ,Prince , Portia and the the rest , if you want a better and convenient place to enjoy your holidays in Ghana this is the best area for you. Hope to visit again 😊

Roads to and from hotel are rough….

The stay was pleasant, and the service met expectations. However, the baths require maintenance. The hot water system was not functioning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was largely unavailable throughout the stay. Environment was clean and tidy and service was good and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and will recommend Labev to others
