Completely disappointing (after choosing the hotel based on the reviews), except for its location with a good view to the Acropolis from a suite room. Absolutely not for families and/or a longer stay than one day. Clean, but looks like a small boutique hotel. The staff should be more professional (not meaning "kind"; they were "extremely" kind).

Breakfast was awesome. Wide variety. Very good food! Very convenient to shops, restaurants and sites. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. The staff was very attentive both at the front desk and restaurant! A special thank you to Gabriel who was especially helpful.

great location. rooms are updated and clean. staff are amazing and super helpful. The only downside we had was that we had a room with a view (which was great) but that meant the room was facing the main street and there was street noise throughout the night

Nyt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed midt i hjertet af Athen. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vores værelser var relativt små, men velindrettede og med et godt badeværelse og god skabsplads. En fin detalje, som ikke længere er en selvfølge, er, at vinduet kan åbnes. Vi havde værelser med en flot udsigt mod Akropolis.

Too cold to cold out pool area

Great location and close to the center and local attractions. Great breakfast with lots of variety and the chef will cater to individual tastes. The staff were brilliant - professional, friendly and helpful. I required a lot of assistance and the front desk staff (Petros) was always willing to help.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped us a lot with our travel issues. Hotel location is very central and walking distance to pretty much everything. Rooms are nice and recently renovated. We had a room with Acropolis view , which was great. The only downside was that the room was also facing Main Street and it was somewhat noisy till past midnight

The breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel convenient to local destinations.

Staff was great! Very friendly. Great location. But, no electronic key card (got physical keys), no shower door, HVAC was difficult to operate with cryptic symbols.

Clean room. In downtown, close to monuments. One thing it claimed is shuttle but not really.

Chris he manager and Chris at the Front desk were exceptionally helfpul and provided incredible assistance and went our of their way to make me feel welcome. The food was as good or even better than their reputation. I plan to come back and I was hoping they had a similar hotel in Rome.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer und dem Flur hören. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen!

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla: kävellen Syntagma-aukiolle ja metroasemalle menee 10 minuuttia. Metrolla numero 3 pääsee asemalta suoraan lentokentälle. Monastiraki-aukio on 10 minuutin kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotellin lähellä on paljon ruoka- ja ostospaikkoja. Akropolis-kukkulalle pääsee kävellen 20 minuutissa. Hotelli on äskettäin avattu ja remontoitu täysin. Meillä oli huoneena Deluxe Familty Suite, joka oli tilava ja erittäin siisti huone. Huone siivottiin päivittäin. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kattava, paljon Kreikkalaisia makuja. Varaukseen sisältyi myös tervetuliaisjuomat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisisä ja kielitaitoisia.

The hotel's location was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only issue was that the room didn't have a window. Pay attention to this when making a reservation because it doesn't say that the room doesn't have a window.
