공항에서 가깝고(물론 차 타고 가야합니다) 친절하고 조식도 맛있었어요!! 방도 따뜻하고 따뜻한물도 잘 나옵니다!셔틀버스 타려면 금액 추가 있긴하지만. 편하게 공항 오고 갈수있어 좋았네요!

좋았어요 공항하고도 가깝고

호텔 상태는 그저 그런 수준.. 오슬로 공항 나가자 마자 대중교통 버스 정류장에서 855번 버스로 9정거장 약 15분 정도 걸리며 버스 일인당 가격은 30 nok 호텔 셔틀을 전화로 부를 수 있는데 인당 70 nok 정도 받음.. 이호텔 장점은 아침식사 새벽 3시 반부터 제공하고 셔틀이 새벽 5시 부터 운행되어 아침 비행기 타시는 분들에게 유용함.

They claimed at checkin that I did not have a reservation even though I had communicated with them online about my arrival time and they said they were looking forward to welcoming me. I showed my reservation and they showed me their system where I had my reservation. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights but my travel plans changed. Quite in advance I had cancelled the room for 2 nights and updated to a room for 1 night. This all showed on their computer. They seemed to have known because there was already a bed set up in an office space so I slept with a table, protector, a bunch of office chairs. No mirror to get dressed. I had to use the staff bathroom and then walk through the check in area and down to the basement floor to use a small shared shower. They should have offered me a free night they decided just to give me a shuttle ride free? There is no lock on the door. I think it is a bit ridiculous - the proper thing to do would be to apologize for their error and find me a suitable room at a local hotel not have me sleep on a bed in an office space. The check in people were friendly enough but being very cheap to think $8 free ride was worth sleeping in an office. No mirror to get ready in the morning - I can take a shower but no where to hang the towels. I don’t know what they were thinking, but this is not meeting a quality of service I would expect. The fault was entirely on the part of the hotel, and I assume that they treat guests from Hotels.com like this.

Nice people, clean room, close to the airport. I have stayed here twice, and the only hitch (each time) was the pickup at the airport. The first time I called and pressed the number 1 for pick-up. When nobody came after 20 minutes, I called again and the driver was irritated that I hadn't given him ample time to pick me up. The second time I needed pick-up, I called, pressed 1, and waited almost an hour at the airport before I called again and hit 2 to speak with an actual person. Then I got picked up. My advice would be to call and press 2 to speak with a person regarding pickup. The location is close to the airport, but not actually close to anything like shops, eateries, etc... Just now that ahead of time.

Cute hotel.

Greitt hotell å overnatte på når ein skal ha ei tidleg fly om morgonen til syden.Grei parkering og minibuss som kan bringe deg til flyplassen. God seng og eit lite frukostbuffe som har det du treng.Kan anbefales !!

Außerhalb des Frühstücks für einen Tee zu bezahlen ist ein wenig übertrieben

Greie rom, fint bad, god service ved henting og bringing til flyplassen. God frokost uten å være overdådig. Rolig beliggenhet og ikke for stort hotell.
