Great staff and owners! Very helpful and informative

Nice hotel. I like the hammocks n hotel 🐕. I wish workers though wouldn't scream while talking outside. No se pq .. voy a descansar....not hear chattttter todo la dia :-][

Property was very central to everything. Parking was right across the street and safe. Luis checked us in and was very friendly and answered all our questions! We walked to town square for a great meal. The property was cute, clean and inviting! Definitely stay there again!

This is a quaint small hotel with a home like feeling. They have a kitchen and refrigerator for guests which came in very handy.

Consideró el precio de la habitación es elevado, comparado con el hotel en Mérida hotel boutique y el cósto fue igual.

L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas du cenote Zaci. Nous avons aimé la situation géographique de l’hôtel (zone authentique mexicaine). Il faut s’attendre à entendre chanter le coq au réveil. Nous avons aimé pouvoir utiliser la cuisine commune. La piscine manquait de filtration et l’espace tourbillon n’était pas en fonction. Pour le reste nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

L'hôtel est très beau, très bien placé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel gentil. Pas de petit déjeuner fourni mais une cuisine commune à disposition. Le seul bemol du voyage est que la piscine était très sale (personne ne l'a utilisée) : pleine de saloperies, eau trouble... et qu'ils n'ont rien fait pour la nettoyer à part retirer quelques feuilles.

Es un hotel muy bonito y confortable. Lo único malo del hotel es que no tiene estacionamiento.

Wonderful place!

Great hotel in Valladolid. We stayed in the suite, it was clean and had everything we needed (even a hammock). There is a kitchen available for all guests, it had the essentials and we used to prepare our breakfasts. The decor is great. Location is fantastic, very close to the main plaza and to the cenote. There is also a convenience store next door. We will be back!

Llegue al hotel ya tarde, sin embargo mi corta estancia fue agradable, Lincon, de recepción, muy atento y amable. El hotel pequeño pero muy pintoresco, limpio, cómodo y centrico. No tuve oportunida de meterme a la alberca por mi itinerario, pero el espacio esta super lindo

Petit hôtel à la décoration très typique avec personnel très serviable

My husband and I spent a couple nights here on our 25th anniversary trip. It was very close to cenote Zaci. I'd recommend bringing your own lifejacket if you visit that cenote. The room was clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub took a long time to fill but was wonderful. The door didn't feel very secure and there was no safe in the room to lock our valuables. They do lock the gate to the street at night, so I didn't feel like I was in any danger. The neighborhood was nice and a convenience store is right nextdoor.

Really lovely property in an excellent location - cenote across the street and less than 10 min walk to the main square. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, rooms were cute and comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

En general no tengo queja, todo muy limpio, ordenadito, hay agua caliente y los dueños excelentes anfitriones, nos recomendaron unos restaurantes que se llaman Conato y Atrio (Fuimos a Conato muy rico y están en el centro de Valladolid) muchas gracias por su atención y no hubo oportunidad de despedirnos😁
