Un hotel ben tenuto e a due passi dal centro. Buona colazione in terrazza. Camera ampia con tutti i servizi necessari.

The hotel is centrally located in the old city. The superior rooms are quiet. The bed is very convenient. The service and willingness to help of all staff members is superb.

On a beaucoup apprécié le personnel, la Mme à la réception est un cœur, la location très pratique à trois rues de la Plaza,, tout propre sauf la literie, c’est la seule chose que j’ai pas aimé. Les couvertures semblait pas propre, les doudous en plumes tachées, cheveux sur les draps, ils nous ont apporté des nouvelles propres. Le petit déjeuner délicieux sur la terrasse , pas cher. Chambre énorme pour 4, je recommande cet hôtel

Angela on the front desk was very welcoming and extremely helpful during our 4 day stay. Very comfortable rooms and updated bathrooms. The location could not have been better.

Clean, comfortable rooms, great location. Breakfast was very nice as well. Would stay again.

The hotel is located closed to downtown Arequipa, walking distance of plaza de Armas and Convento de Santa Catalina. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plenty nutritious options.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Petits-déjeuner délicieux, localisation idéale, près de tout! La grande cour est parfaite pour se reposer et que dire de Lolo la tortue qui nous accompagne. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Je recommande fortement !

Todos os funcionários e atendentes eram excelentes em especial Angela, muito simpática e prestativa! A localização do hotel era ótima, limpeza excelente, o café da manhã muito completo. Gostamos muito de tudo. Recomendamos!

We stayed for 3 nights, with kids. Great rooms, great breakfast, very convenient location by the plaza, staff was excellent and accommodating!

Albergo centrale vicino al centro città. Camera ampia e confortevole, personale della reception molto cordiale e di aiuto nelle varie richieste.

Me encantó el lugar .. la habitación en el primer piso la vista en el desayuno. La amabilidad de los empleados, la comida muy rica, nos dieron desayuno para nuestra excursión (fue el mejor de todos) la pequeña zona exterior para disfrutar el tiempo en familia.. muy agradecida por todo!

Nice property- loc and staff are excellent. Easy walking distance to the spots in the old town. Note breakfast is good, but basic. You can order eggs cooked to your preference however.

The property was a short walk from the town centre. We had a four person family room which had four individual beds which was a welcome change from day sofa bed option you find in most hotels. The staff were friendly and eager to please and just a few minor tweaks would make the service flawless: 1 we booked a wake up call for 2:30 am, as we were catching an early tour, which we did not receive and 2 our room was left unlocked after being cleaned. Breakfast was not bad and the packed breakfast that was made for us when we left early for the tour was excellent. The hotel is very cute with a relaxing courtyard and a pet tortoise and the room was clean, warm and spacious. I would definitely recommend to other travellers spending a couple days in Arequipa.

Absolutely amazing service, staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are small but comfortable and have everything you need (blow-dryer, safe etc)
