Bad experience!! weak pressure water. no hot water. no heater. dirty blanket but kind

First the pros: Cost is nominal and includes breakfast. The hotel is also walking distance from a major mall so shopping is convenient. Staff are courteous and friendly. Now the cons: Sheets and towel had stains on them. The mattress has a 3 inch square square cut and was dirty. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink even after plumber came over to fix the issue (apparently caused by air in the pipes) so had to resort to either washing hands with boiling water and move the tap all the way to cold which only allowed a few drops to wash hands with. The blanket was torn and out of its cover so i didn't bother to use it.
