the photos were very misleading, they charge extra for things that should be complimentary (extra towels, bedding for the small single bed- why is there not bedding in the first place?), cleanliness is severely lacking. it was dirty when we got there and they do not come to clean at all during your stay. communication is also unreliable- they have no in-person contact, and sometimes they simply don’t answer your texts or calls. this was super inconvenient when they failed to provide me with checkout instructions after i called and texted multiple times. overall this is a very overpriced stay and they definitely need some lessons in hospitality. it’s also not a super walkable area. the beach is close and the cats are sweet! but location does not excuse their clear disregard for guest experience. if you’re calling it a hotel, treat it as such.

Loved how close to ocean and beach and easy transportation. Gate into this apartment group that is supposed to be locked is not lockable. Would love to have salt and pepper and a dishtowel provided.

I liked the area. Closer to the airport and major highways. Property needs an upgrade. Parking was limited. Lots of garbage in the front of the property.

Great stay for the price

Convenient location

I honestly have to give a 10/10 my apartment was so clean. So cozy no loud music no loud neighbors. Was just an amazing experience and although I was confused how to get there. The instructions provided to me were easy to follow. Only downside is those cats around the property. But other than this is beautiful clean and I will book over and over!

Not what I expected the bed is no good make a lot of noise there is no sofa to sit on they have 2 kindergarne chair to sit on

First of all it looks nothing like the pics when it rains water is leaking from the roof where the TV is very poor wifi there are lil ants when it rains .the bed squeak's a lot ..Friday night someone had a party and was very loud it want on till 5 am Saturday the same thing ...l couldn't text anyone to tell them because of the wifi ...my hubby fixed a few things because we couldn't use the phone to call any one ....the only thing we liked was the beach ....we will not stay there agian ...

Really nice property very clean comfortable next to the beach just a one minute walk distance from it I would love to stay again thank you very much!!!!!

Roaches and the power was out a whole day

Pros: Nice location near and the beach is behind it. The pool was nice overall as well. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Cons: They do not clean your unit during your stay. Laundry service means only washer; no dryer. Also, the instructions upon arrival are a little unclear so we were confused for a bit and called but no one wanted to give us further instructions. The entrance is past the location and in the gps, you have to continue and then you will see the coco sign and make a right.

I like the beach was near

Property person was great. The communication was easy and clear. Any issues occurred and they were easy to reach.

I absolutely adored this place!! If you can get past the many cats around the parking area, you’re good! Televisions in the rooms would be a plus!! I would definitely recommend and book again. We were close to so much, whether driving or walking.

Priced right. Located next to every thing you need. Private enough and has a cool beach section in the back that was perfect for my little one. It’s very basic but I think for the price, it’s a great deal. I used Uber everywhere, was also very cheap!

We had a huge delay which required us to have to get a hotel last minute. This place was perfect for us for our late night and early morning. I honestly wish we had one more night here just to soak up the local vibe. Communication and check in was made easy, and the room Apt 5 was great for two adults and one kiddo.

I am going to try and not be too hard, because you get what you pay for, and it served it's purpose for the price. It is a gated entrance, and I had to ask for the codes to both the auto gate, and the facility door to even get in. There is also a code for your room, and a code for the keybox located outside which is to house the keys for your room. Yep, no keys in the box... I was given the code to one of the other apartments to retrieve the keys from there and that they would work, which was concerning... So, I went to that box, and no keys there either. So we used the code to the door on the lock, one time, before it was not functional, which means we couldn't lock our door the entire time we were there. Customer service said they would bring additional keys and put them in our lock box, which they did, but neither set would fit the lock. At this point I was exhausted with it and choose just to take things I didn't want to risk getting stolen with me during the day. The pool was dirty and the pool pump was not on the first two days we were there. A pool guy came by day two and did his magic, and the pool was great after that. The wifi in the room was not functional, and I "texted" this to customer service and it wasn't even recognized. You will never meet an actual person here, all communication is through text unless you call the Otium customer service line. I ended up having to hotspot my phone to the Roku TV in order for my son to watch it during the evening

The property does not match the photos online. The beds were in poor condition. The kitchen wall had a lot of spots where the paint was peeling off. There were missing utensils which made it hard to cook. The sofa bed had springs popping out. The AC made an annoying noise every time it was on making it so hard to sleep. The surrounding area is filled with cats and across the street from an abandoned house. The pool from the time I was there wasn’t cleaned. The area around the pool was filled with other visitors dirty wet clothes. I took a photo of a beer can that was inside the pool. You have only one way to exit and that’s by car; if you are on foot you have to walk down a dark alley. The experience was not good, can’t believe I paid for early checkin.
