Absolute gem. The bed was so comfortable, and I have a bad back so this was such a relief! We stayed in the Barn room which was so spacious! We had our own bathroom, foyer with a desk and drawers, as well as a bedroom. I would definitely recommend booking this room over the others if you have a lot of luggage as the foyer would be great for that. We were also so delighted to meet Rally, the old dog in the courtyard! Although we didn't have our dog with us, I was so pleased to see that they actually allow guests to bring their pets! The kitchen was by far the most well equipped we have ever experienced in a short term rental. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. They even have the fridge shelves labeled for each room. I will definitely be booking here again next time I'm in Faro! La chambre est bien et conforme aux photos. A 10min à pied du centre ville. Petit bémol avec un chien qui n'arrête pas d'aboyer. Acces en autonomie pour l'arrivée.

Pros: 10-15m walk from bus station, train station and old town Easy to check in and clear instructions Complimentary natas for breakfast Cons: Emailed host 3x before arrival date - did not receive a reply Room lacking some basics - no towel rail in bathroom, AC remote not working, no mirror at dressing table. Wifi not working properly. Poor sound proofing - dog barking for hours in evening - very loud Okay for 1 night but not good value for money.

12 min walk to Marina, 10 mins to bus station, Ubers were super cheap. €8 to the beach. Rooms where decent and comfortable with AC. Coffee and morning pastel de nata in the common kitchen area

Der Aufenthalt im Groundfloor 57 war gut. Einfach zu finden von der Bushaltestelle aus und es war nahe an einem Lidl und eine Shoppingmeile. die Küche war nicht mega sauber und mangelte an Kochutensilien. Wir waren jedoch sehr zufrieden mit unseren Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön gestaltet. Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt sehr beim Groundfloor 57 sehr wenn man die Küche nicht jeden Tag benützt da die für alle Gäste ist und sich mit hellhörigkeit zufrieden stellen kann.

Beautiful property and host

Erg fijn verblijf naast het guesthouse À da Avó waar ik een week eerder was. Beide zelfde eigenaar, alles goed verzorgd. Gezellig, uitgebreid ontbijt aan grote tafel met andere gasten. De buurt is niet erg mooi, maar in 5 à 10 minuten lopen ben je bij het (oude) centrum, haven, trein- en busstation, ferry naar het strand aan de Atlantische Oceaan. Vanuit Faro heel snel met OV andere plaatsen te bereiken.
