There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km . It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens. After a lot of back and forth she agreed to arrange and she did. The taxi driver would bring luggage down and drop us to the train station. We were told to tip him for that gave him 20 dollars. Taxi was over 100 dollars If you are not young please do not stay at this hotel…. It’s very inconvenient.

Lugar tranquilo.

Zimmer sauber und funktional. Lage mit schöner Seesicht , aber direkt an der Strasse. Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig nicht nur Geräusch von der der Strasse, sondern auch Zimmer nebenan und darüber liegende Geräusche werden wahrgenommen. Es fehlt eine Verdunklungsgardine. Wir haben uns mehr erwartet. Schade ;(

je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande fortement cette destination et l’hôtel vous ne serez pas déçu. Location and Apt were both great. Service was excellent. AC neeed to be fixed or changed as it was not working properly and very noisy

Morcote is a world on its own - and the appartment is in the middle of it all with beautiful views of the lake and the passing cyclists and cars. Accommodation in Morcote is hard to find but well worth the effort. Spend time meandering up to the enchanting cemetery, or through the quaint narrow alleyways, or join the locals for an espresso and cornetto. Early mornings are magic, before everyone else wakes up.

Sehr gemütliches, kleines Albergo mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Freundliches Personal, guter Service, ... Was will man mehr?

Très bon emplacement dans ce beau petit village mais le confort de la chambre est limité.

Room was quaint and updated and the views were stunning. The staff was unbelievably kind.

Klein aber sehr fein. Saubere nette Zimmer mit allem was nötig ist und No. 2 mit Blick auf den See. Selbstbedienungsecke mit Tee, Kaffee und Snacks. Das Restaurant mit wenigen Tischen aber wunderbarer Küche und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal.
