Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well
