Beautiful house, lovely room and very nice owner

The room was neat and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

De b&b is gevestigd in een prachtig oud huis, desondanks is het huis in zeer goede staat. De host is heel aardig en behulpzaam en zorgt er voor dat je je thuis voelt. Het was erg leuk om ook andere reizigers te ontmoeten tijdens het gezamelijke ontbijt.

Such a lovely, warm welcome by very kind ladies. The bed was SO comfortable, the balcony was amazing! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The hostess was friendly, our room was lovely and comfortable with air cooling and fan, and the breakfast was good. We liked meeting other guests and chatting around the dining table. We felt very welcome and would recommend this B&B to others. It was a delightful experience staying there. We'll go back.

The Studio was the perfect space to accommodate the three of us. It was well stalked with all the things we needed. The beds were comfy and the living room was a nice place to chill in. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and it was relaxing to take a dip in the hot tub in the evening. There was plenty of parking space. The location was absolutely perfect as it was close to Lunenburg and Mahone Bay was also a cute little town to explore. The BnB was easy to find as it was on a main road. Margaret was lovely to connect with and when we didn’t realize breakfast was not included for the Studio, Margaret went out of her way to bring us croissants which we really appreciated! A recommendation would be to include better lighting in the bedroom area. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The place is wonderful and the service was excellent. The house is perfectly furmishefd with a great taste. We were offered delicious breakfasts andwhole day treats. There is an amazing dog in the property, very friendly, cute and beautiful. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the Mahone Bay.

We started our trip off here in Mahone bay and absolutely loved getting to stay at the Miller House. Very clean, beautiful, historic building with lots of space. Close to multiple food options and a quick drive to Lunenburg. Really enjoyed walking along the water to Bettys at the Kitch for dinner and using the hot tub in the evening.

Tout était parfait avec un accueil chaleureux et très bien situé. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Noter cependant que la salle de bain est partagée entre 3 chambres. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais pour certains cela pourrait être problématique.

Margaret was a phenomenal host. We regrettably only got to enjoy this stay for a single night but we absolutely would return and spend much longer there. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with our host and fellow guests, the property was well maintained and very clean. Whenever we had questions we could always check with Margaret who was so incredibly helpful. This is easily a must stay location in the Mahone Bay Area.

This is a gem of a location. Margaret is a delightful host with a tremendously interesting backstory. The house is beautiful and includes all original wood which is stunningly finished. Our first night we were in a small room that didn't have air conditioning, but on the second night they moved us to a larger, air conditioned room at no additional cost. Breakfast each morning was freshly made croissants and scrambled eggs, as well as fruit and yogurt. We ate at a common table and had great conversations with our fellow travelers and Margaret. Location at Mahone Bay is beautiful in itself, is walking distance from several restaurants and a very nice pub, and a short drive to Lunenburg. Margaret is wonderfully welcoming - you have the run of the house and she even turned the TV to the World Cup game for us. It's like staying with old friends. I can't recommend this more thoroughly.

We stayed in the Studio and it was amazing! Very spacious and had everything we needed...with the exception of air conditioning (but there were ample fans!)

We had a wonderful experience at the Miller House! Margaret was so interesting and we felt like old friends the minute we walked in! We stayed in the Captain’s Quarters and had a wrap around deck only accessible from our room. There were shops and places to eat dinner within walking distance in their beautiful village. Margaret made a delicious breakfast each morning and sat and chatted with us. Staying there made our visit to Nova Scotia so much warmer and welcoming!

I adored the unit I was placed into. The art and eccentric display of furnishings was fun and cozy! I only got to stay one night based on my plans, but I truly wish I could have stayed longer. The property is gorgeous, clean, and well-kept.

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of amazing. Our host, Margaret, was so lovely and welcoming. The house is gorgeous and so well maintained. The amenities were great and Margaret was even so kind as to let us do some laundry. We truly loved our stay and hope to return some day!

Margaret was a lovely host! Met us as we arrived and showed us around the beautiful property and home. Landscaped gorgeously, sad we arrived so late or we would have had time in the hot tub before bed, cute little set up (we were welcome to but we were too tired) The room was large and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Shared bathroom was large and clean, shower is stocked and has wonderful water pressure! Breakfast was delicious, offering so many different options. We’d love to return one day, such a pleasure to have stayed here.

Great location. Whimsical and fun decor, our teenage daughters loved it! Spacious bathroom and kitchen. Can walk to the marina, boardwalk and cafes and restaurants.
