they closed the location, don't stay here

they told me i couldnt stay there and still havent got a refund, even though it was because they had renovations

AVOID. They failed to give me one of the access codes so I emailed multiple times in the weeks before my trip and did not receive any acknowledgment. I then arrived at 4pm on the day and there was no signage for where to go. Had to ask a Starbucks employee from down the street. Eventually found the door but there was no keypad to type in a code for entrance. I rang the bells multiple times and received no reply. After waiting for an hour I left and got different accommodation for the night. Shocking and disgusting service. Avoid and do not go here.

Like other reviews, I was unable to access my pod. The lockbox I was assigned was already empty when I arrived. I came very late at night and had to book somewhere else. The owner never replied to my messages.

Given the wrong access codes and never given the right ones so I couldn't even enter the place ever lol. Useless excuse of a stay

It's a decent enough place to stay at this price point. The ventilation in the pods could be improved. The staff are super nice and helpful even if they are limited and can't access the automated system. **You should definitely make sure you have your entry codes right at 3:00 check-in because there doesn't seem to be anything anybody can do after 6:00 if there's a problem.

Good Staff helped me get back in to Capsule when I left my key card in.

It was fine not the cleanest and had no toilet paper but served its purpose

Despite being in a very busy area it’s very quite and other visitors are usually nice the staff are super.

Impossible d'accéder a l'hôtel. J'aurais dû recevoir un code pour entrer mais le mail ne m'a jamais été envoyé. L'hôtel a ete prevenu du probleme par mail... Mais aucune solution n'a été trouvée. Je me rejouissais pourtant de passer une nuit en chambre capsule. Vraiment très dommage

I hate giving bad reviews whenever I go to a hotel or a short stay but this one was really bad. First of all the room was nice. Was not a too comfy but still did the job. But one of the worse things I’ve experienced was on my last day at the place. At approximately 5 AM as I was about to go use the washroom, Two grown men adult left their capsule room and started kissing and having sex just right beside my capsule. Imagine how you’ll feel about this when you’re just trying to spend a good time in Montreal and go home. On top of that, a Muslim person was praying. I also lost my wallet. As I was about to check out I accidentally dropped it in the kitchen. On my way back I asked the ones who were sitting there and they did denied that they didn’t see my wallet. I feel really bad and sorry for the people who are planing to stay there. If you’re trying to go on a budget in Saint Laurent look somewhere else to be honest because this place is the worse as it is close to the night clubs.
