the property was nice but we didn’t have a good stay here. as soon as we walked in all the heat was off and the windows were WIDE open in the middle of winter. we had to turn all the heat up and sit in coats for hours to warm up. the blinds were broken in two rooms. they charged me an extra $30 for late checkout and the cleaner came in while we were sleeping!!!! incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. clearly a lack of communication there. the towels were awful and crunchy almost, for the price of this place i would never step foot back here. don’t book

The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky.

It was spacious and walkable to everything.
