Andy was a wonderful host, breakfast was delicious and my room was beautiful!!

Our room was more like a dorm room and little else. Posting said separate sitting room, with fireplace but neither was in there. Overall not a very comfortable room and certainly not what we expected for the price or for a Bed and Breakfast. Andy was very nice and the check in went fine but when we arrived the first thing he hit us with was how would you like to pay vs can i show you your room.

Andy, our host was very friendly and accommodating to our party of three during our six night stay. Everything was very clean. The hot breakfast was delicious. It’s also in a great location.

Andy was very nice and quick to help. However, there was an issue with hot water in the shower-very little to none. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could want. We had to ask for chairs since there was 4 of us and only 1. I would suggest a couple of comfy chairs in each room since the rooms are quite large so space wouldn't be a problem. I would stay again. Nice spacious rooms. Quiet quiet street and short walk to park and downtown. Andy very gracious host.

Lovely host and hostess. Very good breakfast - hot and cold items. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Anyone booking here should keep in mind this is an older house so the bathroom and kitchen area in the family suite are dated but clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to parks and downtown.

Andy is a very hospitable host. Room was cozey, clean. Breakfast buffet available and it was a great start to the day! Close to downtown Charlottetown, but still recommend having a car to explore around and the rest of the island. Highly recommend!

Easy and convenient check in

Very accommodating to sleep , location and price.

This is an older style Inn with great character. Andy was a very helpful host. It is blocks away from a beautiful park and boardwalk. We could walk in 20 minutes to good restaurants, or park in a little closer to downtown and do our own walking tours of the historic city. There was lots of space in the room itself, and we were able to make simple breakfasts and reheat meals.

The property was very good and quite quiet. Only issue was that we could have used additional toiletries (our fault for not requesting same). Overall I’d recommend it to friends and stay there again ourselves.

Loved the island charm

No visible staff. TV unusable—complicated directions glued under the screen in one room and the other produced video that was not in synch with the sound—and we were there wanting to watch the US presidential debate!

Not B&B as advertised. Building and rooms need repairs. Condiments in room need replenishing daily. Noisy as doors don’t close smoothly and lots of noise above us. Grounds, bushes, hedges not trimmed. Cigarette butts everywhere. DO NOT recommend and we will not return. Unable to cancel as booked through Expedia. Be aware, totally self serve facility as minimal staff observed. A place to sleep only.

Please note that property is more like an Airbnb than a hotel or a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, annd overall it worked well for our needs. The pros and cons are as follows: Pro - great communication from Andy. Also the suite was clean snd very spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed staying a 15 minute walk from the heart of Charlottetown in a safe, quiet neighborhood next to Victoria Park. Cons - bathroom was not renovated and disappointing. Also walls musty smelling.

After staying in traditional chain hotels for a bunch of nights before our stay here, this place was a breath of fresh air. Our room had two separate bedrooms, which were both spacious. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again
