L’air climatiser dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Les lits sont extrêmement bruyant dès qur tu bouge un peu. La pomme de douche est merveilleuse. Le service est exceptionnel.

Door didn’t latch and window latch was broken, no coffee. But was cheap

Bathroom floor was disgusting behind the door. Microwave and fridge were in the bedroom, there was an extension cord run across the floor to plug in the TV which was not safe, and a tripping hazard. TV remote did not work. Also 2 completely filled dirty garbage cans right outside the door. Worked for the one night we needed somewhere to sleep, but not worth the price for what we got.

Terrible condition.not suitable for families and kids. They can use clean bedsheets and clean amenities. I had to move to other place in just 10 minutes of arrival. not recommended for families and kids

It's old (renovated )but clean, friendly staff

Very basic room. No shampoo/conditioner. A/C was unbearibly noisy. I shut it off overnight because it was too loud. I am glad I only stayed one night; and it was OK because I got in after supper, and left first thing in the morning.

Its very dirty no plug in by counter So had to plug in coffee maker on floor Door not safely locked. Chairs outside dirty Not enough towels washcloth for 2 people

The room was not very clean at all, literally a huge booger stuck to the wall. The shower didn’t work properly either. The faucet had either fully hot or fully cold, but nothing useable. At least the staff was friendly about it. No discount though.

Poor customer service, room was dirty, mould and rust in the washroom. Management didn’t receive or return calls to return deposit.

Just that the air conditionner was horribly noisy.

Everything is old, dirty and poorly

This place should not be on Expedia. The tub leaks, there is power cords running all through the unit and the windows has no screens. The air conditioner does not work and the front desk closes at 9pm so there is no one there to help you. I felt like I was going to lose my mind

I showed them my booking reservations but cancelled twice without any notice. They blame Expedia for the inconvenience

nobody around in office at checkin time, drove around the building 4 times and tried every door until finally someone waved us in. there was a piece of broken glass on the floor so obviously wasn’t swept. wind and snow blowing in around the door , windows and ac unit This is a 1 star facility only because it’s better than sleeping outside.

Not up to standards

the people working there are nice but the room we stayed in had mold. i would not recommend staying there if its for more than one night.

It was the hotel or motel who i ever seen me and.my son veryyy dirty and uncomfortable bed broken door dirty water never go back there on top of that 100 cad i paid if did know that with zero dollar will never go there i went there i have young voy was very cold outside

This hotel was filthy. We requested a refund as we refused to stay in a room that was that dirty! The door didn’t even close properly and cold draft from door. The floors, walls and bathroom room disgusting. We asked for a full refund and spoke to manager and he couldn’t refund until he spoke with hotels.com. We tried to find contact information from hotels.com and couldn’t get anything. We will never use this app again and will never stay at this hotel ever again!

Staff is not available in the morning for checking out, you must wait after 11 pm to get service
