Hotels.com verified review
There was a big problem with Hotels.com. I first paid the hotel in advance and then after checkout I was asked to pay again because Hotels.com didn’t pay the Hotel Miramonti. So I paid twice. When I reached out to Customer Services of Hotels.com for refund they said it was not possible. I am extremely disappointed. Do not book with them or pay in advance. Bad business!!!
