Great Staff , Room was ok for a 24 hour stay. Lots of bugs get inside the room and washroom are very tiny spaced. But it's ok as I said for a 24 hr stay.

It was a pretty good stay for my first motel. Clean room, good bed. TV was nice. WiFi included, and there's a laundry room for longer stays. I didn't end up trying the shower but my boyfriend said it worked good. The only criticism I have is to include cutlery and maybe more cups. And the sheets on the bed weren't great for comfort but they worked. AC was wonderful. Overall the stay was good, just don't get there too late like I did haha.

The door handle almost fell off from the inside. I managed to get the screws back in so I could lock the room from outside. The fridge freezer was covered in over an inch of ice so I dont think the fridge was as cold as it should.be. the room and bathroom were at least very clean at least.

The property was refurbished recently. The economy pricing reflected the small bathroom fixtures and lack of a standard coffee/tea availability. A good find for a short stay.

Very basic room. Floor was dirty, bed was ok. Did not have anyone available in the front desk. Had to call posted phone number and asked to share drivers licence picture over phone. Felt a little sketchy to do so.

For a motel, not bad, overall bed was comfy, room was clean, only con, it smelled like smoke and the toilet wasnt fully mounted to the floor. Shower worked. Miracle did the job.

Our previous stay was as expected from a Motel, even a little better then expected which is why we came back. We got room 4 last time and it was decent. We had room 3 this time. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, onvious burn holes on the comforter and underside of a pillow. Floor was scuffed and cut into. Shower drain cover was non existent and curtains were damaged so people walking by could see in. We got there at 3:05 and the reception was locked with no employees on the property despite 3pm check-in time. DIdnt have time to deal with anything as we had 4pm appointments and running late due to delay checking in.

I stayed here on a business trip, my first time there. The room had been recently renovated, everything is new. Everything worked perfectly. Nice quiet location just outside Chatham. The owner was very kind to accommodate my special request for parking. Room is not large but was certainly enough space. Fridge and microwave in the room were certainly appreciated. A couple of little tips: food facilities are a bit of distance, so I picked that up on the way there. Also the volume buttons on the TV remote are on the side. Overall very pleased and I recommend this motel

The property is close enough to the 401 and there are nearby Tim Hortons and restaurants. They let me check-in early, which is very nice. The room is spacious and very clean.

Their lack of compassion and consideration was unacceptable I was unable to cancel my booking on time due to a emergency accident with my family and would not change nor refund my booking at all and I didn’t even make it to the motel or even chance to check in so it’s not like they were out anything as it stood but not even a sliver of trying to show any compassion to the customer turned down so for the only service I received is what I can rate and comment on is this so I wish I got the opportunity to enjoy their hospitality I think I’ll pass to the next motel any time I’m back in Chatham Ontario.

Staff was extremely courteous amd receptive to conversation and feedback. Room was great. It is a Motel, and it exceeded any other motel I have seen or been to. Floors were cold though, could use some carpet runners around the bed. Bed was clean, quiet and warm. Definitely a set up from other motels in the area. Motel is in a cell dead zone though. You need to use their provided wifi, which I didnt really like and didnt realize until we checked in and in the room. My only upgrades would be the carpet runners and a typical hotel style coffee maker for that wake up coffee would be fabulous
