Great personnel. The only problem was parking space. Fortunately they helped us with that.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte vor Ort, da unser Flug zurück sehr früh am Morgen war. Hotel hat eine top Lage und war sauber. Leider kein Frühstück möglich bzw nur nach Bestellung am Vorabend. Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Pool relativ klein und direkt unter einigen Balkonen. Für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.

Stylishly decorated and in pristine condition. Its location is perfect. The area itself is a little bit tatty but it’s minutes away from the old town, loads of restaurants and the marina. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, even helping me out with the uber app on my phone. The room was lovely. Just like everything else it was absolutely immaculate with a lovely kitchenette looking over the terrace/pool. The pool area is cute and after walking around in the heat it was such a pleasure to come back for a dip before spending a couple of hours lying on a sunbed. The breakfast box is an excellent idea: A full continental breakfast which you can eat in your room or take to the terrace by the pool where there was also a free coffee machine. I highly recommended this hotel and its staff.

A quiet location close to the waterfront and old town. The staff gave us lots of good ideas for eating out and daytime activities. Housekeeping did a very good job. And the breakfast in a box was terrific! It contained good variety and when eaten on the patio with the coffee close at hand was quite lovely.

Absolutely beautiful. So modern and clean. Great location. Lovely outdoor area with pool. They do a breakfast box for you at 12 euro. We had a studio with water views. Very happy. Thank you Miguel.

The hotel was very nice, and I would absolutely stay there again. The manager was very helpful in the details of the area, and all the staff were very nice. They don't have a breakfast per se, but you can order a "breakfast in bed" for 12 Euros. There was more than enough. The hotel is also close to the marina and the old town, plus lots of restaurants too..

Roots hotel was excellent!! We loved the clean, comfortable, well maintained property with a great balcony, kitchenette, quiet, small but clean bath, best sleep in 3 weeks! Location was perfect for train station and center city, Close to boat tour meeting spots, restaurants, laundry, groceries and shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. We absolutely will stay here again next time in Faro.

We liked this place very convenient to the train station. Room has kettle, nice fridge, wave. We didn't stay on a hot day but the newish Daikin hvac unit looks like it would do a good job as AC. Room safe but too small to handle my 14" laptop or my tablet. Free coffee 24/7 in a main floor coffee room.

We have been assigned a room at the ground level, right next to the cafetiere, and not far from the elevator and reception area. Very noisy !

We like the refreshment machine that you can get free coffee, milk, hot chocolate and tea. They also have a very nice sitting area for you to have meals with friends. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Each room has a full kitchen with stove, dish washer, refrigerator, pots and pans as well as dishes.

Very clean, new and convenient place. Very helpful staff. We love our stay here!
