Very nice place with nice atmosphere! But! Beware that the reception is not staffed and if you arrive late you will not get in because the gate is locked. I was very lucky and the guard saw me. No one answers the phone in the evening or the intercom. In addition, you don't live in the castle itself, but in an Amex on the side. Quite far outside.

It was just wonderful. A really nice, helpful, wonderful and friendly staff, lovely location! And the restaurant and it's staff was just -> perfect! I'm looking forward to come back!

It was a great stay, though the whole place is far away from anything.. And the onsite restaurant wasn't the best, given the expectation they've built around it definitely i would chose to dine somewhere else

Hotellet verkar inriktat på bröllop och större tillställningar. Vi saknade en salong med bar där man kunde slå sig ner med en kopp kaffe eller en öl i sköna soffor. Omgivningen var också tråkig. Frukosten stod framme i en tråkig matsal och verkade att ha stått framme i flera timmar trots att man hade frågat när vi ville äta. Vi såg inga andra gäster och ingen personal. Restaurangen där vi åt en meny på kvällen var dock bra. God mat trevlig miljö och personal.

Hotel z klimatem. Starannie odtworzone wnętrza. Doskonałe śniadanie. Jeden minus - po godzinie 21:00 nie można zjeść posiłku, ani wypić piwa.

A delightful stay in the Pałac. Stunning atmosphere and environs. Beautifully appointed rooms. It was very interesting to read and study the background and history of the Pałac. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served in a delighful Setting. Freshly brewed coffee would have been a welcome addition. The evening Bar service was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted us had a brusque tone and seemed completely disinterested in our basic requests. Dinner was delicious but once again the service was very officious which was very unfortunate. We loved our stay at the Pałac and look folward to returning one day soon.

Bardzo dobra kuchnia, miłą obsługa w recepcji i stylowo urządzone pokoje. Jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony. Na pewno polecam wszystkim.

Pałac Tłokinia to bardzo ciekawy historycznie obiekt. Pięknie odnowiony z dbałością o szczegóły. Miła obsługa. Cena lekko za wysoka. Chętnie tam wrócę.

Świetne , pełne historii miejsce pełne uroku. Obsługa bez zarzutu. Niestety brak atrakcji np.rowerów czy np. spa :) Posiłki w restauracji bardzo dobre i wysublimowane, niestety śniadanie pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Overnight stay in central Poland in a lovely Palace. Room comfort was destroyed by a broken bed making uncomfortable sleep. Lovely meal in the restaurant with excellent service, local beer and wine from the cellar.

En ballade sur la région. Hôtel très récent mais d'une qualité de grande classe dans son ensemble. Hébergement, restauration, personnel.

Perfekte omgivelser og smukke bygninger. Værelset var pænt rent og der var god plads på værelset. Det eneste der var utilfredsstillende var sengen, det var en ca 7-8 cm skumgummimadras som lå direkte ovenpå trælameller. Maden var super lækker - med andre ord, stedet kan varm anbefales - især hvis man elsker hårde senge ;-)

Value for money is incredible. Beautiful surroundings and close to Kalisz. Staff extremely friendly. I sure hope to find an excuse to go back again.

Old palatial estate that had its hay day in the 1920/30s. Manegment is trying to recreate an opulent aristocratic feeling ,yet come up short on all accounts. Rooms are small, cramped with very uncomfortable bedding. The cuisine was pretty good if somewhat pretentious
