My wife and I just spent two days and three nights here, and we had a very good time. The good: the location was exactly what we wanted (we know Montreal a bit), and the neighborhood is full of interesting places, and access to the rest of the city is great from here. The apartment gave us a feeling of having our own home for a few days, and it was great having a parking spot too. But there were a lot of maybe's, at the same time. Here are some that struck us; and I know everyone is different. The stairs that you walk up to get to the apartment are filthy. The lockbox to use the back entrance was broken, so that access was not available. There were no racks to hang wet towels on. The dryer had dry sheets in it, so we couldn't use it. We were in a French-speaking city, in a French neighborhood, and all of the tv channels were in English: what gives with that? I expected to watch French on TV. There was a Keurig machine, but no instructions on how to use it (I had never used one). All in all, I liked it, though I had some back problems with the bed. I would recommend it to others, though you should know there are a few issues to be ironed out.

Très bel endroit.. Mais hélas..ménage bâclé voir non réalisé. Miettes dans le tapis. Sol collant. Trace de main sale sur les portes/murs. Couette tachée. Lavabo bouché. Cheveux dans les tiroirs et ongles rogné. Bref…vraiment dommage pour si bel appartement. Le reste de prestations et équipements et top.!
