Great place . Excellent in every category

We checked in late at 745pm and got our cabin key from reception. Once we arrived at our cabin it was very cold inside. Tried to adjust the thermostat but it required a 4 digit code. Called reception, no answer, left message, called guest services no answer and then drove back to the office. Door was locked. Couldn't get warm. Terrible sleep. Found out in the morning that the reception office is normally open from 830am to 4pm. Terrible experience

Wir waren alleine in einem Chalais. Die Bezeichnung "Luxury-Ferienhütte" ist wirklich nicht übertrieben. Es ist urgemütlich in dem geräumigen Wohn/Küchenbereich, bequemes Sofa, großer Esstisch, gut ausgestattete Küche, TV mit Netflix, amazon prime etc... Ein komplett neuer Kamin war vorhanden. Es ist alles super gepflegt. Das Highlight war das Schlafzimmer mit zwei riesigen, kuscheligen Betten. Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft schön angelegt, mit Zugang zu einem schönen Badesee. Das Ganze liegt relativ nahe an dem Highway und der Eisenbahnlinie, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, es war super ruhig insgesamt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist natürlich so, dass es im Umkreis von mindestens 50 Kilometern praktisch nichts gibt, da ist noch ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt, eine Imbissbude und eine Tankstelle, das war's. Aber die Unterkunft war wirklich erstklassig, ich würde sagen, die beste, die wir in unserem Kanada Urlaub hatten.

A beautiful quaint place to stay

Nicest - cleanest place in blue river.

A really enjoyable stay. Being there in May is a totally different experience than in the winter but we loved the fresh green surroundings. Staff at reception were the only ones we saw and they were terrific. Love little Ronnie the dachshund! Hope he becomes their hotel mascot. Also loved the heated floor in the bathroom - even in the summer.

Bed was comfy. We arrived late and office was helpful to leave us directions in case we arrived when they were closed. Room was clean. Saw a couple of the pest repellent plugs in the wall which always makes me nervous why they are there to begin with but luckily we didn’t see any creatures. Nice big fridge and loved the set up of the fireplace all ready to go for us. Thanks for the stay.

Pet friendly but on the high side for a fee considering the level of accommodation they are old cabins no fridge or coffeemaker in room nothing provided for dog .

Very peaceful and quiet property. Beautiful cabin on the lake with a hot tub on the deck. Comfortable bed and wood burning fireplace made our short stay memorable.

it was one of the best chalets I’ve ever been to. Everything was amazing, clean, and very well organized. You could tell a lot of attention was paid to every detail. All the amenities were there, and the staff were very polite and professional. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely come back here again.

Easy peasey great place to stay I actually arrived quite late well past their check-in checkout times they left me a beautifully detailed map and I had no issue whatsoever getting or finding my cabin. It was absolutely a lovely experience.

We have traveled through Blue River many times in the last 40 years Our first time to stop and will on all our future travels

Great location and beautiful cabin. Had earplugs on bedside table initially thought they were chocolates!! In the middle of the night realised what they were for The Train Horn, if you’re a light sleeper you should wear them and receptionist should warn you of the need. Not affecting my overall experience of this great property and will be back for skiing.

I didn't realize that I would be staying in the property across the street from the cabins & lovely resort - in an old motel they own. Very disappointing. I'm not sure if it was because I was travelling with my dog and if so, I would have liked to know that in advance and wouldn't have booked and then pay $50 for my pet. I expected a lovely accommodation.

It's a basic motel. It wasn't bad, it's just the same as many motels, which try to save on everything. If it was also cheap it would be fine - you get what you've paid. But it wasn't. In my opinion it's too overpriced for the basic level of comfort they ofer. I expected for more.
