Pleasant stay, super centrally located, just off a major pedestrian street in the old town. Cute and architecture and an old fashioned elevator you must try. Basic, clean, friendly and considerate staff. A 35 minute ride to the international airport the next morning.

Foi uma hospedagem fantástica. Hotel muito bem localizado, antigo, mas muito limpo e aconchegante, quarto muito confortável, banheiro amplo , equipe de funcionários do hotel muito gentis.

We were greeted by a very nice lady when we arrived, and all of the staff on reception were lovely, despite our minimal Spanish. The rooms were clean and the original features were delightful. Nothing to complain about, we had a really nice stay.

Excelente localização, mas sem café da manhã, box de nosso apartamento vazando água, mas no geral o hotel é bom. Ressalte-se a localização - Ciudad Vieja - e muito próximo à uma excelente livraria.

Super cool hotel. Built in 1940. Tons of character, huge stained glass window, old school cage elevator, marble everywhere, and just an unbeatable location in the old town but quiet enough at night you can sleep with your shutters open. Probably one of my all time favorite hotels, a true value especially if you can get room 66 or 67.

Habitacion: Nos decepciona que un lugar que saben que tiene problemas de humedad no ventilen la habitación antes de recibir a los huéspedes. La habitación con un olor asqueroso a humedad. El baño con humedad en la zona de los azulejos de la ducha, muy fácil de quitarla con un cepillo, pero ahí están los hongos proliferando. Un fallo muy grande, no nos cambiaron las sábanas al día siguiente y las almohadas estaban sucias Personal: Las muchachas que nos atendieron muy bien, salvo una que no estaba en sus mejores días. Pero en general muy bien. Ubicación: Zona muy linda en la ciudad vieja y cerca del centro. Tuve el inconveniente de estacionar mi vehículo frente al hotel y al otro día amaneció chocado.

Room was spotless. Bathroom amenities well stocked. Staff was very friendly. Location of hotel was superb. Easy walking distance to many important sights.

What a beautiful, charming building! You can certainly feel the history of this place. The elevator, the old keys, the furniture, the windows - simply WOW. I adored it. The room had a wonderful terrace overlooking the city and it was a phenomenal location to explore Ciudad Vieja by day. Maria at the front desk made me a wonderful map to explore the city during my one day stay and she along with the rest of the staff were so friendly.
