The hotel is good but the main desk was unmanned. We experienced difficulties on arrival and had to speak with someone via intercom who must have been at another location. We finally identified an envelope with my name on it and then struggled to gain access. Similarly, when leaving, we found the front desk unmanned.

Great little hotel in central Gijon. Staff was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable but a little small for two people.
