Clean room and helpful and friendly staff. The AC wasn’t able to keep up with the heat and the room was quite warm. It was 42 out to be clear so it might be better on cooler days. Also the fridge was not working.

突然の深夜の予約にも関わらず、大変丁寧に迅速に対応していただきました。部屋もきれいで広くて快適。シャワーブースが完全に閉まる設計だったのもありがたかったです。お湯の温度も水圧も全く問題ありませんでした。近くにスーパーも数件あり、VISAならカードも使えます。バス停も近いです。8番に乗れば空港にもたいていの観光名所にもアクセスできます。スタッフもフレンドリーで現金なし、ネット繋がらず、カード使えずの私をかなり気遣ってくれました。また次の時も是非お世話になりたいです。

This Dushanbe hotel looks new and has a good location. It's not far from the bustling main commercial street, lined with various shops. Reaching the central tourist area requires a taxi ride of about 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are large and include washing machines. Like other hotels in Tajikistan, there's no hot water kettles or coffee machines accessible in the rooms, presumably to keep the carpets clean. Guests must use the dining room for coffee and tea. Breakfast is very simple. The hotel staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.

Otel ev konforunda sayılır. Odalar çok iyi, açıkçası sessiz sakin bir bölgede. Bu oteli diğer büyük ve çok odalı oteller ile karıştırmamak lazım. Çok güzel bir bahçeye sahip ve bahçesinde akşam oturup keyifli sohbetler edebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki bayan arkadaş oldukça ilgili ve nazikti. İngilizce sorunu yaşamadım. Genel olarak şehrin merkezinde ve mahalle içinde ve üç katlı büyük bir villa gibi düşünün. Kahvaltı ekstra ücretli ve ben deneyimlemedim. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Alim, who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good stay for 3 nights. It is close to the airport, and there are actually a lot of services within a short walk. The streets are unlit and the pavement is not in the best condition but the area was perfectly walkable at all hours. Among the staff, Alim was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also very kind. Less than perfect items: was told a driver would be waiting for us at the airport-- no driver so the hotel paid a taxi driver to bring us; the place is actually a Lot farther away from the center than it would seem. Traffic can be heavy, so the taxi ride into town can last 15-30 mins; the runners on the stairs are starting to come loose, creating a potential trip hazard; the duvet was Enormous!, much too hot and heavy for the current climate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

They came out of the hotel and greeted me nicely at midnight and even paid the taxi bill for me. When I found out that I had forgotten my important photo bag in the taxi, they immediately contacted the taxi driver, even though it was about 1:00 in the morning, and had the driver bring my photo bag back to me. I was incredibly happy! They really deserve a huge compliment. The hotel is not too far from the city center, and is close to almost everything. It is a beautiful building and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and nice. I feel absolutely satisfied during my stay. If I were to travel to Dushanbe again, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again.

Our second time in this beautiful hotel that feels like home. This time we were 11 people providing pro bono dental care to the children. We had to leave by 6 AM everyday and we were provided with fresh breakfast at 5 AM everyday. The hospitality of this boutique hotel was phenomenal. Everyone in our team commented how it felt like a true home instead of a commercial establishment. As usual Matin, the young manager stole everyone's heart.

Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to a major road with resturants and shopping. The airport is closeby too. The room provided was spacious and like new. Very clean and the hotel managers were very kind and helpful. I had no worries as a solo traveler. Bonus: the hotel is run by excellent english speakers!
