This resort is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Grand Anse Beach. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is lovely — especially the pancake station (thanks, Asha!). However, it’s worth noting that the hotel isn’t actually part of the Radisson group, so usual perks don’t apply. The rooms are spacious with great balcony views, but the property feels quite dated — especially the bathrooms, which need upgrading. Common areas were dated and cleaning could be more done more regularly. The resort is large and confusing to get around, and many guests seemed lost, so better signage would help. Food is decent but overpriced and limited to basics like burgers and grilled fish — the “fish of the day” was always tuna. Overall, a nice location and great staff, but for the price charged, the experience doesn’t quite match expectations.

Location was great. Close to SGU campus, off site restaurants were good. Grounds, pools, and facility were very nice. Breakfast was included but food on the buffet was cold. You can choose made to order omelets, waffles, pancakes, or hot cereal but bacon, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and any other hot foods were all on the buffet and cold. On the weekends the buffet breakfast is open to the public and they could not keep up with the volume. Restaurants on site were just okay in terms of menu, quality, and taste. Room furniture worn and tired. Bath was clean and updated.

This place is close to everything and well kept. Best staff I’ve encountered in awhile! Will be back for sure!

Property was very nice, beautiful pools, right on the beautiful beach. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the staff at check in (need more staff, nobody wants to wait 45 minutes to check in after a long day of travelling - I even did the online check in) and the staff at the Tradewinds were exceptionally slow.

Front desk staff lovely, service is slow but you have to get used to that in the Caribbean. Great property on a beautiful beach with a beautiful pool. Gardens are lovely. Great rum punch and chicken curry! This place has everything you need to have a lovely holiday.

The staff from the front desk to the dining area and also bar service was superb. They were all great. Everyone I encountered even housekeeping was a pleasure to deal with. They always smiled and provided the best customer care there is to offer. I comment the entire staff. Also the new addition of the pastries at the gourmet coffee counter was so delicious.

The view from the room was fantastic !! the Food and Beverage staff at and around the pools was average. there were a few really great folks but most were occupying space.
