Good reception staff, clean room. Great location for our trip.

Stayed here for 1 night as a family, had everything we needed. Chris on reception was amazing and provided us with superb service. Would recommend.

My 3rd stay here the showers are good the hotel is clean I stayed in room 1 the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the last 2 times and they’ve changed policy check out is now 10 am so for that reason I probably won’t return it’s good for what you pay but 10 am is just. A little too early for me

Hotel was fine, I was traveling for work and only staying a couple of nights, what was interesting was walking into my room to find an employee asleep on my bed. who once woken jumped up straightend the sheets and ran out.

Fantastic welcome at reception from Ruth and Tegan and the lady when I arrived on the Tuesday but I didn’t get her name! Super friendly place to stay and the room was very good value. Highly recommended.

Nice staff and a very comfortable bed. Great sized room too. Negatives- no lift . Alot of door banging that can be heard in room 101 and the smallest shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel..

Breakfast was ok could have been better.pastries where long life(yuk).Had to ask a receptionist for her bunch of keys to get a coffee.Staff didnt explain breakfast procedure left to figuer out for yourself.No real place to sit and eat it either.

Everything was good. Only problem was that the SAtNav ended in a cul-de-sac half a mile short of the hotel

We checked in ok, but when we got to our room, it was already allocated to other guests. Took alittle while to sort another room. Staff were friendly and helpful
