The property manager (or owner ?) was a happy Italian man that was extremely welcoming to my fiancé and myself. Gave us a clear understanding of the keys to the BnB , and made sure our room was nice for us. Fantastic location right on the main street, but the room was nicely tucked back.

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment, Fabricio and the people are really nice and kind, always available for your questions and doubts, I did not read or notice that a common area was shared (only the kitchen and dinning room with other room) and i think the building in general had a lot humidiy so apartment was smell like this most of the time and in the room also, you have to go to another room to go to the bathroom. Area is in the main street 5th avenue.

Its a 2 BR/2BA apt with common area. We had the BR with the common BR. A bit inconvenient. Rooms rent by night so you may have multiple 'roommates' in a week. No TV. But clean and right on main street. Staff and cleaning was clean and helpful though they are not onsite 24/7 but nearby. Really good value for $$, would definitely return if we go back to Playa

I read some mixed reviews of this spot and I think it really depends on what kind of traveler you are. Rooms are grouped into threes, so you enter one common room and there are three rooms off each kitchen/living area. However, just like a hotel you have a locked room and bathroom. If anything there is a benefit of having an attached kitchen. I never saw the other people in the two rooms. And I would definitely go back, it's a bargain price with strong wifi and is very clean and modern.

La habitación esta dentro de un departamento, no es un hotel, pero es muy amplia , la limpieza es indiscutible, la cama es deliciosa no me queria ir porque descansamos fabuloso!!! Cuenta con todo lo necesario, y la locación es buenísima, puedes caminar a todos lados sin problema y muy seguro El personal muy amable y atentos Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahí

Excelente ubicación en plena quinta avenida; si tu presupuesto es limitado puedes comprar alimentos y cocinarlos ya que el depto cuenta con cocina equipada.

Te ofrecen un hotel bonito compras y cuando llegas te mandan a otro lugar con el pretexto de que se les descompuso el clima y cosas así es un grande quiero la devolución de mi dinero

el staff fue increible, la ubicacion es muy buena en plena 5 avenida, tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, playa a escasos 200 metros. muy recomendado, importante saber que son departamentos con "sala y cocina compartidos"

Un lugar excelente y recomendable

Fue un muy buen lugar, fue como un minidepa con todas las comodidades, cocina, refrigeradora, microondas, cafetera, etc. El único tema es que esos ambientes eran compartidoscon otro cuarto, pero de todas las noches que nos hospedamos, estuvimos solos casi todo el tiempo, así que todo estuvo muy bien, todo muy organizado y la ubicación muy buena, cerca a la playa y a la quinta avenida. El personal muy amable y considerado, salimos bastante satisfechos y nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

This is a cleaned shared condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The host was lovely and helped us with our bags to our room and assisted us with parking. The room was clean with both air conditioning and a fan. The shared area includes a fridge, microwave, sink and some cooking utensils. This place is a wonderful bargain in down town Playa. Mammita's beach club is only a few blocks a way where you can rent beach chairs with umbrella's. There are many restaurants in close proximity.
