Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged.
