The staff was so kind and helpful! The shuttle took a little longer than expected (30 minutes instead of the 15 minute drive that was posted), but the drive was smooth. The breakfast was Fantastic!!!!

The whole staff are very welcoming, the ladies in the restaurant, for breakfast, very attentive.

La habitación excelente, pero lo mejor el servicio del personal, solicite traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, además de que el personal nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, nos mandaron a desayunar a las 4 am nos prepararon un sandwich super rico, incluido en el paquete, cuando nos hablaron para decirnos que el taxi ya estaba ya nos habían bajado las maletas y solo tuvimos que subirnos al carro, el hotel si esta retirado del aeropuerto como unos 20 a 25 minutos, pero con esto la distancia no te afecta, el restaurante ademas esta precioso.

Excelente servicio, no tuvimos ningun problema con el traslado y lo mejor fue el desayuno muy completo y rico si lo recomiendo

Fue puntual el servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto, sin costo adicional. El desayuno que va incluido es súper bueno, con varias opciones, no es bufet. Personal amable, instalaciones súper limpias 🙌
