Realmente pésima atención al cliente, me hospedé el fin de año y año nuevo, y al día de hoy el hotel se niega a darme mi factura y Expedia tampoco me da una solución. PÉSIMO!

Rooms were clean. The staff was amazing; our flight got delayed resulting on a late arrival at the hotel. They answered each time we called the hotel to update on our arrival for the transportation arrangements. The transportation was very nice, felt safe riding to the hotel at 3-4 am. At the time of our arrival, the staff was expecting us with everything ready for a quick check in process, and they allowed us to stay past the check out time to allow us for a proper rest. Would recommend this hotel 100%

Todo muy limpio y rico lo recomiendo

Quiet hotel, good breakfast (that was included in the price), and they arranged transport from the AIFA airport for us. Plus, plenty of hotel water, which was amazing!

Solo fue una noche pero la atencion 10 de 10 el cuarto super limpio, y el desayuno de cortesia fue lo mejor todo rico mil recomendado.

Baño con el toallero cayéndose y el mono mando de la regadera todo flojo, la regadera sale por todos lados menos para el cuerpo. Ahora si no me agrado

The staff is wonderfu, courteous, and attentive. My room is a wonderful. The bed and pillows are the best part, I slept very well.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The shuttle took a little longer than expected (30 minutes instead of the 15 minute drive that was posted), but the drive was smooth. The breakfast was Fantastic!!!!
