I need to get whole refund. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom. After a long distance run that afternoon, my leg muscles were sore and I suddenly changed the hotel I was staying at to find a hotel with a spa nearby to treat it. 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm. I found the paid-spy was closed at 6pm(The hotel never inform in advance of this information of opertion tine and paid admission). I chose the hotel to sooth my body but it was impossible. 2. The 2nd option is to submerse my body into a hot bath. But they propose me charging an additional 80 pounds for a room upgrade for guests who want a room with a bathtub.- If the hotel ignored the needs of guests who want a bathtub and changed all of the regular rooms into only shower rooms, they should also inform it in advance. After arriving at this hotel, I understand that it is not the fault of the guest because they cannot meet the needs of the guests who ask for their preferences; spa or bathtub-room. It is the fault of the hotel due to the lack of facilities. 3. As I left after discussion with the GM of the hotel (I never opened any door of the hotel !!) and he agreed my cancellation immediately. So, I need get back my money from you.

The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant choice was good and the food was enjoyable.

Everything and everyone were brilliant Staff very attentive when one of our party cut themselves and needed treatment dealt with immediately

Hotel was exellent very clean room and lovely power shower fresh towels daily. Hotel reminds ne of scandanavian type in decore. Food was exellent. But starter menue a bit short and bland. Staff were amazing nothing too much trouble very proffessonal and friendly. Spar was amazing 2 thermal pools . Had treatments that were exellent.

The staff was amazing special thanks to Cara. The spa was not to my taste so did not take use of this as not a pool you could swim in… Lovely pub 10 min away (the cross inn )

The Staff were amazing. We had the best omelette made by the chef. I still have a lingering taste of the omelette. The Manager was very good and helpful and the staff too. We were unable to go to the spa, timing did not work for us. Rooms were clean except for one day, when we got a smell of cigarette smoke, and the hotel could not figure out where it was coming from as it affected a few rooms. Overall a great hotel and super food

Overall a lovely hotel. Food delicious and not over priced. Spa facilities very good. Room was large, well decorated, comfy bed. Some mold in the shower and a few areas could be cleaned better. Handles in lift loose, one came off in my hand. Would be in lovely surroundings if it wasn't overlooking the abandoned surfing lake which is an eye sore. Not much around the hotel, but Conwy and Llandudno are only a short drive away. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. And I would recommend this hotel for a short relaxing break away.

Nice massage experience. Spa was a little overcrowded. Spa lunch service was a little curt and without explanation, what was included and what was not. Hotel very functional and nice style, slightly sparsely furnished, felt like a holiday inn and breakfast buffet was very overcrowded Great building and location

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. All areas were very clean, it appeared recently refurbished throughout and all the staff were more than friendly and helpful. The food was also of a very high standard, good quality ingredients (apart from the bread at breakfast which could be improved) We normally eat dinner out but really enjoyed three evening meals in the hotel.

Staff were friendly/helpful. Restaurant food good. Room was dusty in places, i.e. shelves, top of headboard/pictures etc. could have been cleaner. Not happy with description of "private ensuite" as this consisted of a separate toilet, separate shower and a sink in the main bedroom which you could section off by a privacy screen! No shaving socket. Could do with more storage room. Only 2 drawers, one of which has a safe in it. Several concerns over lack of amenities in room, i.e. hotel information sheet, bathroom towel/toothbrush cup, but having spoken to lovely receptionist this was put down to housekeeping issues rather than the norm.

The restaurant was the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Would return solely for that.

The stay and the room was comfortable. Property can benefit from good breakfast spread by introducing Welsh delicacies

Lovely hotel but the photos do look better than how it looks reality. The spa was very busy and the mattress was like the free ones you get with a child’s bed, very springy. However staff are wonderful and professional, breakfast was amazing and the location is great. I would 100% stay again but I wouldn’t pay the steep price.
