I need to get whole refund. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom. After a long distance run that afternoon, my leg muscles were sore and I suddenly changed the hotel I was staying at to find a hotel with a spa nearby to treat it. 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm. I found the paid-spy was closed at 6pm(The hotel never inform in advance of this information of opertion tine and paid admission). I chose the hotel to sooth my body but it was impossible. 2. The 2nd option is to submerse my body into a hot bath. But they propose me charging an additional 80 pounds for a room upgrade for guests who want a room with a bathtub.- If the hotel ignored the needs of guests who want a bathtub and changed all of the regular rooms into only shower rooms, they should also inform it in advance. After arriving at this hotel, I understand that it is not the fault of the guest because they cannot meet the needs of the guests who ask for their preferences; spa or bathtub-room. It is the fault of the hotel due to the lack of facilities. 3. As I left after discussion with the GM of the hotel (I never opened any door of the hotel !!) and he agreed my cancellation immediately. So, I need get back my money from you.

Parking was limited, we arrived with another 3 cars and there was only just enough space for us on Saturday at 5pm. By the time I went out later that evening the disabled bays were full of people with no blue badges so anyone needing these spaces would be unable to park near the front. The hotel lobby was excellent with lots of places to sit and relax, a bar and restaurant was the other side and a small shop available for snacks and toiletries. There isn't anything nearby that I could see so the restaurant was your only option unless you wanted to drive. We were told it was fully booked at 5:30pm when we wanted to eat but were able to order the same food at the bar and sit on some high tables. The food was superb - we all had the fish and chips which went down very well. Room was very clean and modern, with a SMEG fridge and kettle. Shower gel and shampoo was provided.

Stayed in a King Suite which was amazing. Spa was lovely and very clean. Ate in the restaurant one night which was also very nice. Relaxing and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a drinking water refill station for guests. Overall, highly recommended!

Room was spacious, quite well thought out and very clean. Had all the amenities needed and the separate shoulder and bathroom cubicles were a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, large and offers lovely surroundings. Free parking was a bonus (although it got very busy and we almost didn’t have a space returning at 10pm on our second night). Staff all friendly and polite. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the room. Handy little 24hr shop at reception selling any essentials you may have forgotten. The Spa was the standout feature and we really enjoyed this. Although it is extra cost it felt worth it! The heated outdoor pool is gorgeous! Only let down was that the housekeeping staff removed a bag of snacks we’d bought with us (some unopened and full). I politely reported it at 3pm understanding they may have just mistaken it for rubbish. The kind lady on reception said she would call and enquire with them. By the time we checked out the following morning, no one had got back in contact, offered a small token such as a complementary snack from the shop or even an apology. Overall though, a fantastic stay!

The bed was not comfortable at all. My wife has a health condition. Neck and back pain. Due to the bed and pillows we had a very poor sleep. Explained to the manager next day. His response was nothing I can do. I explained about the health condition. And complementary spa will help towards the pain. He said no And you can have your money back for one night, was not happy with the service

Our room was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay, bed was so comfy slept like babies. Views great. Staff all very helpful breakfast great choices. We booked a table for evening meal. Faultless and good value. Little shop by the lifts great for snacking after being to the spa

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We used the on-site gym, which was well equipped and had everything needed for a good workout. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and on both occasions the food was enjoyable, with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast in the morning was okay, though it would have benefited from a wider selection of fruit options.

The hotel staff were fantastic. They made our stay. The food and drink were lovely. Only criticism was the sausage at breakfast seemed very cheap. The location is brilliant. I’ll definitely return. Room was good but it lacked bathrobes. These are needed when you have a bath in the room. Even rang down to see if they had been forgotten but was told they weren’t available. Other rooms I’ve stayed in like this have provided them. There was also some paint coming off the ceiling in two or three places. There was think dust in the air vent above the toilet.

Heat hotel

Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. But apart from that we did have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was plentiful & fresh. Would definitely come back again.
