I need to get whole refund. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom. After a long distance run that afternoon, my leg muscles were sore and I suddenly changed the hotel I was staying at to find a hotel with a spa nearby to treat it. 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm. I found the paid-spy was closed at 6pm(The hotel never inform in advance of this information of opertion tine and paid admission). I chose the hotel to sooth my body but it was impossible. 2. The 2nd option is to submerse my body into a hot bath. But they propose me charging an additional 80 pounds for a room upgrade for guests who want a room with a bathtub.- If the hotel ignored the needs of guests who want a bathtub and changed all of the regular rooms into only shower rooms, they should also inform it in advance. After arriving at this hotel, I understand that it is not the fault of the guest because they cannot meet the needs of the guests who ask for their preferences; spa or bathtub-room. It is the fault of the hotel due to the lack of facilities. 3. As I left after discussion with the GM of the hotel (I never opened any door of the hotel !!) and he agreed my cancellation immediately. So, I need get back my money from you.

Great location and decent spa. Needs some work, our bed was particularly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs coming through the mattress.

The room was very nice and clean, only downside was the windows can not be opened and the mattress was very noisy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, a good variety of choice on the breakfast menu and other mealtime menus.

Another great escape. This hotel is a jewel in the crown of North Wales tourism. Modern, well-equipped and with excellent staff. This was our sixth stay at the hotel and we cannot wait for our seventh!

We had a five night stay with our dog. The only real negative I can find with this hotel is the total lack of storage in the rooms. There is a hanging rail with 4 coat hangers and one very tiny drawer beneath. That’s it! Where are you meant to put all your clothes? Consequently our room looked a mess throughout our stay. Having said that there is a lot that is good about this hotel. All the light fittings and general finishing throughout are very well thought out and give a high end feel. The pillows were to die for. The food was REALLY good and reasonable. The service was excellent and everyone extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel. Note that dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant and the bar area has very high tables with high stools. This is where you have to eat with a dog. I wasn’t happy about that as I’ve got a bad back and the hotel provided a normal height table and chairs for us once I complained, so everything worked out well. Ps gluten free breakfast options not great. One cereal and Genius white bread. (Does anyone actually eat that stuff).

Loved our stay

Breakfast wasn’t great compared to my previous visit, and I requested the chef for scrambled eggs. He said 'runout eggs' with a loud voice, but clearly, I could see that more than half of the tray eggs were behind him. Then, later, he realised that I had seen those, and he did manage to prepare.

Brilliant spa facilities

Lovely cool vibrant place to stay if you are exploring North Wales. Friendly Staff that are super helpful plus the added bonus of the Spa next door ❤️

Excellent stay, clean and comfortable room

Room was modern and clean, but the view out of the superior room was of the bins. The spa was smaller than expected. the pictures are deceiving, especially the outdoor pool and limited sunbed spaces. The bar area is nice, very quiet. The outdoor seating area is right next to the car park, not what I expected. Not bad but wouldn’t book again

This was a stay mainly to see the area not to use the facilities but the gym looked good . I wanted to use the pool one evening but it was closed at 6 when i went so beware of that . Food was great and good value . Breakfast was excellent with a good choice . Excellent room for wheelchair users which my wife is . Brilliant wet room and excellent all round . Parking good also .

Overall very enjoyable stay. Pros: good size rooms and restaurant Easy on site parking Helpful staff Comfortable beds Cons: Don’t think hotel guests should have to pay to use the spa facilities £30pp for 2 hours to sit in a hot tub. Open bathrooms - leave's little to no privacy which doesn’t suit all. Just box off bathroom area.

Clean well laid out room. Check in was easy, we had no issues so no need to contact the staff about anything.

Hiking Snowden with luxury accommodation. Cannot fault.

The hotel appears lovely and has clearly been invested in. The room was as pictured, clean on arrival and spacious. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and explained everything really well and the availability of EV charging was impressive. However, the pictures are misleading - the hotel does NOT have a pool. They have a “spa” with hydrapool at a cost of £25 for 2 hours and only by appointment. We were also disappointed at the priority the locals seem to get over paying guests. A large group had taken over pretty much all of the outside seating and clearly had too much to drink, with their kids playing football and other ball games right next to all the tables. For a “Spa” hotel… not very relaxing. I understand wanting the extra revenue but it was very noisy and limited seating available. We opted to go back to our room with our drinks and order room service (which we had done with no issue a previous night)… sadly not, room service not available today because the bar too busy (with the locals might I add) so paying guests left with no food unless we fight for a seat outside and compete with a football. The housekeeping wasn’t the best either, we stayed for 3 nights had limited towels that were not changed. They also did not service the room properly with the one bottle of water initially provided, not replenished after the first night and the glasses not replaced once used. Definitely not 4 star standards at £250 per night.

Lovely 2 night stay. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was good quality. Enjoyed the spa. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Booked a table for 2 at 8pm and later decided could we push it forward but was told no due to the restaurant being fully booked. Fair enough. Then when we sat our table for our booking we were told there would be a 30 minute wait for food. Annoying. When sat at our table people being sat at their tables later than us were being served by the waitress before us. Aggravating. I decided to go to the bar and grab some drinks and saw people not booked for the restaurant ordering food via the bar! Infuriating! This pissed me right off and I just wanted to get out of there so I skipped starter and desert. I had a burger which was fine. Wife had a curry which was bland. It really did spoil things.

Excellent place, just what we needed. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 3 nights which was just about right and stayed at the King Deluxe room that was big and spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful were ever it was need. The breakfast was nice but repetitive, and dinner was nice too. We had a spa day on the day of us leaving which was really nice (fee required). If you want to go out, there's lot to do at Conwy, sightseeing, restaurants, boat trips, castle and lots more to do. Overall we had a lovely time and would highly recommend.
