The room was clean and larger than expected. Very quiet at night. Staff were friendly and the location was central.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot water…yet all our rooms the hot/cold were incorrectly labeled. Attentive staff. Convenient location. Restaurant service was good; meals were lacking. Better options elsewhere.

No había agua caliente... Y eso me hizo pasar un muy mal rato Me intente comunicar con la administración varias veces y solo me daban la vuelta...eso me hizo pasarla peor... El lugar es muy bonito, pero en un hotel y que no haya agua caliente es inaceptable

The staff was very attentive and accommodating, including allowing me to use a room that had faster wifi. Food is excellent. Location wonderful.

Location was excellent. I wish I'd known the room's windows looked into the hallway. No light and no fresh air. If I'd opened curtains people could see into my room. The heat in the room was spotty - the first night it was so cold. The shower was also not great - too hot, too cold...difficult to regulate. And the mornings I wanted breakfast, it was closed despite being told it would be open. Communicating was a challenge as none of the workers spoke any English. But I couldn't beat the location.

Room was kept clean, friendly staff, really enjoyed the on-site restaurant!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El costo es bastante accesible para como están los precios de inflados en San Miguel. Los cuartos han mejorado frente a la manera en que estaban hace tiempo que fui. Muy bien el baño. Podrían tener secadoras para el pelo. Pero el agua y las instalaciones súper bien. Creo que pueden poner un poco más de atención en cuidar el respeto al silencio en las habitaciones a altas horas de la noche, donde me tocó gente bastante pasada de alcohol afuera del cuarto haciendo demasiado ruido y el hotel no se hizo cargo.

Personal muy atento , pero ducha mal estado , se escucha todo lo de afuera en las habitaciones .

Very nice

Great location, cool vibe. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Not a lot of English spoken, so if you don’t speak Spanish be prepared to use some translation software. Bed was comfortable, water was hot. Room was a comfortable temperature with a mini split. Room was made up nicely everyday, but doesn’t look like the rooms ever get a deep clean. Lots of dust in out of the way spots. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but it was amazing. I expect other meals would be good too. Everyone’s food always looked good. Very good value for the price
