Excelente lugar que combina a la perfección un estilo antiguo con toques modernos. Desayunar con la majestuosa vista de los tres volcanes fue una experiencia inolvidable, y contemplar la cúpula de una iglesia desde esa perspectiva ofrece una forma diferente y encantadora de apreciar la ciudad de Puebla. Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable.

Best place I have stayed in Puebla. The Restaurant on the on the roof you have to walk up you have it up they were great great restaurant great food thank you very much. Will be back very soon.

El único inconveniente sería la falta de estacionamiento propio. El huésped debe estacionar su auto a unas cuadras del hotel.

We had a lovely room and the hotel is very conveniently located. It felt a little strange that our room opened right onto the lobby (main floor near the entrance) but we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel itself doesn't have many amenities and the rooftop cafe is only periodically open, though you can go upstairs to sit and enjoy the view anytime.

Such a unique property with modern yet historic rooms. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. AC and shower both worked great. Plentiful breakfast with the most amazing view in all directions of Puebla and even the volcano Popocatépetl one morning! Great location close to restaurants and the zocolo/historic center but at night the street in front of hotel is faily quiet. We had a streetside room and slept without ear plugs no problem.

Me quedé en la Gran Suite 3 de la planta baja y me parece pésimo que aún existan cuartos conectados con una simple puerta de madera y lamentablemente lo que pudo ser perfecto fue pésimo, pues se escuchaba todo el ruido del cuarto contiguo. Tuve que pedir cambio a otra habitación y aunque solo había disponible de un menor costo, lo acepté porque era imposible descansar en la habitación que pague originalmente. De verdad deberían de hacer algo drástico al respecto.

Céntrico, limpio, las camas son súper cómodas junto con las almohadas. Te incluye desayuno que la verdad está muy rico. Yo les pedí si me podrían ayudar con un servicio de tintorería y pudieron ayudarme a conseguir uno. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese hotel y sigue siendo la misma calidad en servicio, habitación.

Dicen que tiene estacionamiento pero realmente es un convenio con una plaza no tan cerca, ojo lo cierran temprano y no nos avisanron asi que pagamos y no pudimos entrar al estacionamiento asi que la otra opcion es dejarlo en la calle

La limpieza no es muy buena, la televisión NO funciona y no tienen estacionamiento aunque se venden con que si.

Fabulous hotel. Big and airy rooms. Very comfy beds. Great sound proofing. Full breakfast included (even though it said continental when I booked). Easy walk to the Centre. The only downside is that the bar plays very loud music (rap music when we went) so we didn’t hang around. It also closes at 7pm - which I think is fairly normal for hotel bars it seems.

Within easy walking distance to centro historico! Two good restaurants nearby!

The hotel is very nice. We did not know there was a strong perfume smell through the whole hotel and room. So we had to find another hotel, no refund was given even though we haven’t even been in the room for 15 minutes. We had the employee change the sheets for us but nothing worked so we had no choice but to leave. They should put strong scent through hotel when booking. We are very sensitive to smells.

The room was clean, large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The whole space is beautiful and the staff were very helpful.

Un hotel muy bonito con un gran servicio !!

El hotel está ubicado en una calle con mucho tráfico de camiones y hay mucho ruido, lo que hace difícil dormir. El personal de recepción es muy poco amable. Hicimos check-in con un señor de nombre Francisco que fue muy poco cortés y se burlaba de las preguntas que se le hacían. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento y recomiendan uno a algunas cuadras de distancia a pesar de que hay un estacionamiento cruzando la calle que está bien.
