The location is great on the beach but for a 5 year old property it is poorly maintained and already showing signs of aging. The staff were not detail oriented and seemed not well trained. Room had a moldy seat that was gross and the shower was also not clean. Breakfast had few options and the food overall was average to poor quality. Be aware that the street out front that you arrive on is thick mud. The pool area is nice and you walk down the beach to many bars and restaurants.

The hotel advertises soundproof rooms and that was one of the major draws for us to this hotel. However, no matter how soundproof the walls might be, the soundproofing is only as good as it’s weakest area. That weak area is the door. There is a large enough gap between the floor and the door that we could hear everything—the off-key karaoke going on until late into the night somewhere nearby, the roosters starting up at 4am and not stopping their constant cockadoodledooing even by 11 when we checked out. We also learned that the WiFi in the rooms wasn’t working and wasn’t going to be fixed anytime soon and that there was no cellphone reception in our room. The hot water on demand system that they have only works with a certain amount of pressure of water but the amount of pressure changes throughout the day. We finally found we could get hot water if we turned on the faucet and the shower at the same time, but it meant that the shower was weak. The street outside of the hotel is very muddy and very hard to walk on when it rains so avoid staying there during the rainy season. We got our car so muddy on that street that we had to pay a fee when we returned it. There’s no view for any of the rooms (despite what is written on information) except of other peoples small porch and bedroom curtains. But the view from the dining area is excellent and the staff were very nice.

Lage wirklich perfekt. Direkt am Strand und nah an den Strandbars, dennoch total ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich.

Hôtel plutôt bien entretenu dans l'ensemble la douche fuit un peu mais sinon l'ensemble est correct et agréable.

Check in was fast and smooth. Location was great. Room was nice. Breakfast was poor. Very limited selection, and one of the two days they ran out of clean plates at 8:05am

The location was excellent, room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. The shower was hot and the breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was fabulous and so was the beach area.

Fick byta rum första dagen för att det inte gick att sova på grund av alla kor och höns som lät hela natten non stop. Det var mögel i båda rummens badrum. Extremt lågt tryck i duschen och väldigt lite varmvatten. Frukosten var väldigt dålig med lite att välja på, skippade den även sista dagen. Poolen såg inte ren out, helt grumlig och troligtvis brist på klor.

Staff was great special shout out to Jumung he was an amazing gracious host 🙏 Easy parking Easy access to local shops and dining. Restaurant onsite was great Probably one of the nicest spots to stay in Port Barton Highly recommend

Clean modern rooms. We stayed 2 nights here. Cons: Our bidet was leaking water from the hose connection which caused the room to smell badly of sewage, hotel staff were able to fix it after the first night. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options included. Birds kept landing on the serving utensils at buffet breakfast, not sure how they could prevent that but not the cleanliest. Pros: Amazing location right on the beach with a good size pool! The room aircon works great had to turn off at times as was too cold in our room. Showers had warm water. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Accepts credit cards at there restaurant and was reasonably priced!.Overall we would definitely stay here again 😊
