Ein besonderer Platz mit besonderem Service ! Wirklich ein gelungenes Ambiente und tolle Wohlfühloase mit hervorragender Lage!

Simply wonderful place to stay. The service from everyone (but particularly Dora) is absolutely wonderful. The location is great. The rooms are lovely and the pool area stunning.

Lovely staff, beautiful building and rooms, will happily stay again.

Väldigt fint hotell och mycket nöjd med rummet. Trevlig personal. Däremot är det förfärligt när man vistas tre nätter på ett hotell och varmvatten saknas. Fick duscha hos en vän. Ändå tas betalt för en chokladbit från minibaren när man checkar ut. Det är dålig kundvård, men som sagt fint hotell i övrigt.

Lovely small boutique hotel with amazing views from the rooftop. Great location near the boat to Valletta but we preferred Birgu!

Birgu is a great location. At times, a bit tourist heavy. Staff at hotel top notch. I loved my room with balcony that overlooked Senglea and waterfront. Will stay again.

Et glimrende hotell. Rolig beliggenhet, men med kort avstand til gode restauranter og andre servicefunksjoner. Hurtigbåt til Valetta kun 3-4 min gange fra hotellet. Båten tar mindre enn 10 min og er bare et fint lite mini-cruise. Veldig god frokost. Alt serveres ved bordet - ingen buffet. Rent og pent og fremstår som nytt. Flott takterrasse med god plass. Ekstremt hyggelige ansatte fra vaskepersonell til resepsjonist. 24/7 bemannet resepsjon. Kun 13 rom så personlig service. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Great hotel and location. 5 minute walk to 3 cities ferry. Lovely places to eat on both sides of the harbour.

Beautiful rooftop , high ceiling room, perfect location and the kindest staff . I was very happy I chose to stay at this hotel .

A very lovely boutique hotel where everything was just perfect. The room was clean, comfortable beds and we had everything we needed. There was a nice selection of things for breakfast, we can recommend the scrambled eggs and the chocolate croissants! The staff were charming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop pool area was lovely, very relaxing after a day of sight seeing. This was in fact, one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in.

Stunningly presented hotel where we were made to feel incredibly welcomed & valued the moment we stepped in the door. Couldn't fault anything & would return to stay without doubt next time we visit Malta

Stayed at the Palazzo Bettina as a family of six adults. Maxime and the other staff are a credit to the hotel. We were greeted by Maxime, showed to our rooms and then served drinks by the rooftop pool. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful and always engaging. Birgu is a very pretty place and quiet away from the crowds. We all agreed it was a perfect place to stay but the ferry to Valletta is easy for a more lively evening. We definitely recommend the Palazzo Bettina and thank you Maxime and staff for a lovely warm welcome. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing hotel. lovely helpful staff. just a shame it was a short business. will certainly be first choice next time i’m in Malta.

Unique building, staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Maxime und sein ganzes Team waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und haben uns charmant umsorgt. Hotel war picobello sauber. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool war ein Traum. Allein die Sonnenschirme waren etwas tricky zum Öffnen ;-) Lage in der Nähe des Yachthafens von Birgu super. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten mit dem Taxi-Boot für 2 Euro p.P. nach Valetta. Empfehlenswerte Eisdiele vor der Tür. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel ruhig und die guten Betten haben eine ungestörte Nachtruhe ermöglicht. Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war lecker. Herzlichen Dank für fünf angenehme Tage auf Malta und hoffentlich auf bald!

This hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable and it was located in a quiet location. Most importantly and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer at this place!
