The breakfast was excellent very fresh great selection overall so much better than expected

Great stay. Very welcoming and accomadating. My pup was openly welcomed and adored by the staff.

It was way over priced. Thanks to the algorithm we paid the most out of both hockey teams. I would advise for the option to cancel and rebook. More rooms became available closer to our booking for $100 per night cheaper. The staff also called the police on the 3 teams that were hanging out in the lobby area. Not once was anyone asked to leave or shut it down. Then we had police (one was a bit aggressive especially to men) show up. The next night the hotel simply hid ALL the chairs in the managers room to discourage people from hanging out in the lobby. So instead every team there had hallway parties. The elevators were a bit fritzy and only one working. The staff were great (except for the lobby situation). It’s still new and things are being sorted out. Out shower door didn’t close. Other than that it’s close to everything,

Excellant staff, breakfast was good! 24 hour coffee and tea station great feature.Rooms clean and toilettries well stock. Good value for the money, Would stay thrre again.

All is fine, but do not understand, why beside pre-paid room they request up front "security deposit" of $100?

Only 1 elevator was operational throughout our 4 day stay. A bit chaotic when everyone is leaving in the morning.

Clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. A lot of options for food and shopping near the hotel within walking distance.
