This hotel was absolutely amazing! Incredibly clean, quiet, convenient and very modern!! Highly recommend it!!!

Hjælpsomt personale, men lidt praktiske udfordringer. Der var ikke parkering tilgængeligt på hotellet ved vores første nat, men vi fandt et nærliggende P-hus. Derudover virkede koden til lejligheden ikke, men vi fik hurtigt en back up kode.

Really cute apartment. Quick Uber ride to the old Quebec. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. Underground parking for $25 a day, a bit expensive but very hand. I had some questions before our stay, they were very responsive and quick. Theres no elevator tho, for those that cant do stairs. Overall, great stay.

There is no front desk service after 8pm. There is not phone number displayed on locked hotel entrance door to call. We have to check email to find urgent call number. Left the message but it take long time for hotel people to call me back. The process is very frustrating although the issue was solved in the end.

Great clean room. Great apartment extremely quiet. Full kitchen and large bed/TV couch area. The area is also great. Not a far walk to the tourist sites like old town etc. I was there for a conference and it was only a 8 min uber or a 22 min walk (all up hill FYI) to the conference center. Getting the code and not having to worry about a key to get in is very slick and I liked how they did that. My only complaint is they have no steamer or iron! So if you’re there on business it’s a little nerve wracking getting clothes wrinkle free. They have more things than you’d ever think! Plates…. Toaster and all that. But again I had to take showers and hang my clothes in the bathroom and kinda let the steam remove the wrinkles. Luckily I had shirts high starched so they came out but it was nerve racking realizing this the night before the conference. Other wise amazing place to stay in a great neighborhood.

A couple of cafes were nearby but this was hardly a central location. Def not walking distance to any tourist areas. Also no elevator and more than one flight of stairs to next floor so not good for seniors or anyone with disability. Room has a kitchenette but stocked with barest of necessities. IE no paper towel, etc. Had to ask for another roll of TP as only one provided for 4 days for 3 people. Desk only manned part time. Be sure to reserve parking as the site I used showed parking available but did not say the parking required separate reservation. Overall felt like premium price and mediocre accommodations.

I thought my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Aside from this , we enjoyed our stay.

Grand appartement moderne et propre

Room was quiet and very clean. The kitchen was modern and new. There are no elevators in this hotel so it may be difficult for some. Communication was clear and the property is very walkable to restaurants and old town. Parking can also be requested before but note that tall cars will not be able to get into the garage since the clearance is low.

Oppholdet var bra, mye rot for å fra kode til leiligheten. 3 uker er gått siden oppholdet , har ikke fått tilbake depositum på på 2 rom.
