One of the more odd experiences I’ve had staying at a luxury hotel. For starters, the property is beautiful, in good shape, and in a solid location about a 5-6 minute motor bike ride from the pier, with the rooms having nice views of the ocean and Pattaya skyline. We arrived at 11:00am knowing check-in time wouldn’t be until 2pm, but figured maybe we’d be able to get in early, and if not, enjoy the island until we were able to do so. The room wasn’t ready yet, and we grabbed a bite and took a ride around the island, getting back at 1pm with the hotel host telling us our room was ready. We said great, and the host proceeded to tell us to scan and give a Google review of 5 stars and he would take us to the room. I said I would be happy to give them a rating, but not until the end of my stay, and I actually saw the room and stayed at their property. He said we wouldn’t be able to check in early if we wouldn’t oblige, and I told him that’s fine, He repeatedly called his boss and after another 25+ minutes of us sitting there, led us to our room. Taking advantage of customers and fraudulently attempting to leverage a 60 minute early check-in to get a fictitious positive review before the start of a stay is unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anyone else.

The hotel host and staff were incredibly nice and accommodating to our wishes. They went above and beyond for us. The room was amazing and so beautiful. The out door pool was incredible and with a wonderful view. The breakfast was awesome. I tried Thai and western, both excellent choices. The coffee bar and restaurant are an excellent place to eat or relax for a little while. I will returning one day.

Got the pool villa room and I wish I got the beachfront room.

The pool is small, and the entrance to it is just from the room. We did not use it because we were not sure when it was cleared last time. The sheet on the chair into the pool was dirty. So, the pool is small and private for rooms, but we did not use it. The stuff is friendly and helpful. They managed a ride to the doctor for free when I needed it. The breakfast is good, and the service is great. Forget about the private beach, it's not usable, it's shallow and the bottom is sharp rocky. We went every morning to Tien beach.The water there is clean and warm, but the beach itself is overcrowded and dirty, as the island itself. It looks like Pattaya and islands around is not good for comfortable vacation.

We enjoyed our room ocean view grand villa. Beautiful decor and private out door pool. It comes with free breakfast floating, snacks and drinks refill daily. Service were excellent for a small hotel. We love our stay. We definitely be back again.

Personal super nett und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, Pool im Zimmer ist perfekt, sehr moderne Zimmer, Frühstück OK- ist ein bisschen kompliziert und zu viel,kostenloser Scooter, top!

Property is always clean. Great staff and beautiful villa rooms

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The in-room swimming pool was unfortunately too cold to use, and would be much better if heated properly. Overall, still a great stay and definitely recommended.

After spending an action packed week in Bangkok visiting family, the welcome reception, curtesy and service we received throughout our three night stay at the Madusea Grand Villa was fabulous. Offering ultra modern, Hi-spec, spotless rooms, use of a complimentary scooter, for exploring the island, a huge breakfast served in the room, a private plunge pool and a private outdoor space, designed to provide awesome sunrise views and your very own, personal, framed window on the world, surely this must be the best hotel on the island.

Beach front villa was fantastic value for money with every ametity you could think off. The villa was in flawless condition. The only downside of the stay was the noise as the restraunt was under refurbishment (10am until 5pm). Apart from that, I can highly recommend.Excellent island getaway.

Every room has a private pool just outside the room with a amazing view of the water and Pattaya on the other side.

Absolutely one of the best, if not, the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Thailand. The rooms, the views, the staff, the amenities were on point. Will be coming back again.

Wonderful location, views amazing and the rooms are a high spec. Food was outstanding and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Can’t wait to stay there again. Only complaint. Believe it or not. White rice wasn’t very good.
