La ubicación es fantástica, tienes muchas opciones para comer cerca, el hotel es muy bonito, lo tienen impecable, todo es muy limpio, es para descansar, y el personal muy amable! Volvería sin duda alguna

Hotel Boutique, bem pequeno, poucos quartos, a cama é sensacional, enorme e muito confortável, localização excelente, longe do barulho, próximo à praça san Diego, com acesso fácil a todos os pontos turísticos, rooftops, restaurantes, com poucos minutos de caminhada. Amamos.

Excelentes funcionários, ambientes limpos, quarto aconchegante e fresco, mesmo no calor de 30 °C. A localização é excepcional e dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. Há bons restaurantes, mercado, caixa eletrônico, lojas e farmácias próximos.

Had a poor experience with the staff regarding their cancellation of my stay just three hours before checkin.

El personal es exageradamente amable, tuvimos problema con internet y el chico nos solucionó de inmediato, pedimos caja fuerte y el chico la llevó de inmediato, en general el hotel esta muy bonito y cómodo. La alberca después de una tarde de caminar y pasear cae deliciosa en la noche... todo estuvo excelente! gracias y por supuesto que volveriamos

Prachtige kamers! Heerlijk bed met fris wit beddengoed. Ontbijt is super leuk aan een grote tafel en ruime a la carte keuze. Check out is om 12.00 maar je kunt je bagage laten staan en later is er gelegenheid om je om te kleden of op te frissen voor je avond vlucht . Ik kom 100% terug!! Super locatie en personeel.

Prima ontvangst. Hotel medewerkers zijn allen super aardig en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stijlvol ingericht en hebben een luxe uitstraling. Ontbijt is heel gezellig met andere hotelgasten aan een tafel. De ligging is helemaal TOP . Ik kom er zeker terug .

Bfast is advertised as intercontinental but, missing sugar or splenda, milk, the included offered breakfast is not worth it at. Other than that is ok for a few days.

The staff here is great. The room was really comfortable with an extraordinarily nice bed. The breakfasts were simple but good. The pools were fine, small, but that was expected at a small boutique hotel. The location is fantastic.

Upper House has a sweet, eclectic vibe. It’s right in the walled city, but down a quiet street which was awesome! I loved the small feel of this place and it was fun getting to chat with other travelers around the breakfast table each morning. I was in the basic room, and even thought it was small the super tall ceilings made it feel roomy. And the bed was so comfy! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

It's a small boutique hotel right in the heart of the Historic Center, within walking distance of everything. The room was very clean, and the staff cleaned it every day if you left the key. The staff was very attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was basic with three options. The hotel has two pools, one on the roof with a jacuzzi, but this one is a bit dangerous because there's no way to get in except by entering through the pool itself or walking along a very narrow edge. The only downside was the Wi-Fi; it wasn't very stable in our room, and we had to go out to the lobby to connect, we believe as it is an old house the walls are too thick, but we were happy and would come back to the same hotel, thanks Guys!

Room was clean, staff was polite and breakfast was very good.

Lugar muy céntrico a pocos minutos de todos las atracciones turísticas, la habitación pequeña pero justa para descansar, limpia y acogedora, el personal atento y pendiente de las necesidades.

Desayuno muy bien, atención muy amables

Habitaciones pequenas apenas para dormir. Le hacen falta limpieza a los baños. Muy bien ubicado el hotel y muy bien servicio. Terrible es el timbre para abrir la puerta del hotel porque despierta a todos los huespedes cada que alguien toca para entrar.

The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the location. But wifi did not work and there was no hot water.
