Looks very different from the pictures

아이 둘과 지냈는데 생각보다 역에서 거리가 조금 있었으나 조용하고 편하게 지냈습니다.

The instructions were clear eventhough there was no front desk but easily navigated with pictures and words as to how to get to property, how to get in and how to use the room re - temp adjustment, circuit breaker etc. One thing if I should have - is an in- bathroom/in-shower room temp adjustment. Overall, it was great property, quiet and near shibuya crossing, public transport

Great spot between Shibuya and Daikan-yama Lots of great restaurants and coffee nearby a little out of the main area so a bit quieter

The room was great, clean, and spacious! Everything you need they provided! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Having the 711 down the street was a bonus! We always started our day there. WiFi worked great, the bed was comfortable, and the washer came in handy.

Spacious apartment w/ private main bedroom. 3 good sized beds. Loved the location, easy to walk to Shibayu. Easy check in and beautiful apartment with cherry blossoms right out our window Quiet and clean w washing machine . No iron. Two great restaurants ( one across the street and one down the street) Family mart walking distance for egg sandwiches and coffee shop next door. Highly recommend. Would come back

Great location, everything walking distance, also we had trouble with our pictures of our passports going through, but they emailed us and they were able to solve it.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. It was left with dirty table and floors. NO hot water!! It was horrible!!

Room is clean and spacious for the location and conveniently located. The area around the apartment was very quiet. About ten minute walk to the center of shibuya. Trains and buses located conveniently. Good kitchen amenities.However, no paper towels or kitchen and bathroom towels. You will need your own laundry soap to do laundry.

There is no staff on site. But they do respond rather quickly to messages prior to and during the stay. The location is convenient and there’s a 7/11 right around the corner which is great. The room was a pretty good size for being in Tokyo too! Cleanliness was okay, and they have washer/heater which was great. Only thing I would’ve appreciated would be more accommodation for late checkout and receiving a little bit of mail while I stayed since there are mail boxes for each apartment.

Check in was a bit too complicated. There was a problem with them receiving my information in a timely manner. The physical check in was an adventure as well. We felt like we were on a treasure hunt for the key. Our transportation drivers both to and from the hotel could not easily find the building and could not park on the street. So we had to haul our luggage to and from the hotel for a block both times. The people who have the restaurant under the hotel are rude and we decided not eat there because they seem to dislike the people staying at the hotel for some reason. We were good guests, quiet and respectful so there is no reason for the restaurant people to be rude. The rooms were nice and clean. It was difficult to figure out how to have hot water consistently. The cleaning staff was friendly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The instructions to retrieve the key was simple to understand. This hotel was situated in a very nice location as we were able to walk to Shibuya within 15 minutes. Having a 7/11 down the street was very nice. I highly recommend.

Walking distance to shibuya station however, not an easy walk with luggages due to the hills and stairs. Overall, place was clean and modern.

It was clean and spacious with good amenities in a quiet neighbourhood and convenient for the station too!
