Habitaciób limpia y es una zona bonita para salir a caminar. Hay una variedad de restaurantes cerca.

Excelente relación y precio, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y no ruidosas, las áreas comunes muy bien, el único tema que no funcionó la estufa pero de lo demás excelente.

Für den Preis super. Auch die Lage und das Personal. Leider war unserer Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand - Wir waren im September dort und es hat jeden Tag geregnet, wenn stark - dann ist das Wasser von unten durch den Boden hoch gekommen. Außerdem sollte bei dem Zimmer auf dem Dach daran gedacht werden, dass nebenan eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse ist. Das heißt es kann abends (wenn auch selten) etwas lauter werden.

Hotel overbooked. The guy at the reception didn’t even try to help and was very rude to us. They didn’t apologize and said it was customer fault. Neighborhood not super nice.

Very comfortable to stay for a week in the heart of Mexico city definitely enjoyed it!

Communication was terrible. I had to constantly call/text the people to get the codes to enter the apartment. I was supposed to get it two hours before the check-in, that didn’t happen. I received the codes 3 hours after the time to check-in, not acceptable. After being frustrated, I finally was able to get in and the place was fine but certain walls needed work. It only had 2 toilets papers for 5 days, had to use napkins on my last morning. The location was great. Walkable to everything. Next time, I would stay somewhere else.

I liked that it was close to La reforma a cool spot with lots of restaurants and sight seeing. I just didn’t like that the hotel lost my reservation and attempted to “upgrade” my experience and felt it was a downgrade from what I got due to requesting to accommodate 3 ppl which was my original request. At least they were quick to accommodate me but left a sour experience.

The place look fabulous. Great location and amazing restaurant around. Transportion right around the corn. Unfortunately Expedia oversold and we got there they didn’t have room available for us. Terrible experience. Looking we spoke some Spanish otherwise we would be in trouble. The management of the place found another area for us to stay. Not as cool as the mint, but at least we had a place. Also we have to pay for another uber to get there.

Absolutely a great location in Roma! Everything is nearby and in walking distance.

We loved staying there and would go again when in Mexico City. Best Location. Friendly stuff. Cliean. All great.
