The room was beautiful with views all over the bay, the stuff was very helpful, location very central and quiet overall a little gem hotel

Near-zero English language capability. Bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly. No room make-up on Sundays. Upscale room I booked was excellent however. Staff very nice.

The suites panorama was fabulous. Great breakfast.

Alma Chilota was simply a fantastic property to stay at! Our room was large & beautiful, overlooking the water, and very well appointed - better than the online pictures. The small inn itself was full of local Chilean/Chiloe art and plants. I'd stay again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Castro.

Rough looking from thr street, but very nicely decorated inside. Magnificient view from the bedroom. Recently renovated washroom. Unique stilt house overlooking the bay with the boats.

We had an amazing stay at Alma Chilota. It was one of our favourite accommodations in all of Chile. It is a palfito with a charming breakfast room/lounge and our room had a wonderful view of the water. It was beautifully decorated and well located to visit the tourist sites. We were sorry to leave and would love to return. We highly recommend this exceptional property!

Amazing location! And the property was really decorated very nicely, and the fantastic breakfast was a big bonus.
