I had to chase Expedia and the number provided by sykes cottages almost 7 times in order to get the email with check in instructions. The location was good but the house needs an upgrade and a lot more cleaning specially in the corner areas. Also I requested an hour of late checkout so I can clean out the property before leaving but the housekeeping turned up at 10 on the dot. So had to rush out luckily I packed everything and was only doing final clear out to help them really
